  1. ITS NOT SELFISH TO WANT TO SEE "ONES' PETITION APPROVED AS QUICKLY AS POSSIBLE..BUT MAYBE SAYING IT 'OUTLOUD' SO TO SPEAK, AND KNOWING THAT THERE IS SOME INJUSTICE FOR SO MANY OTHERS WAITING IN LINE, IS KIND OF LIKE BELIEVING TAKING 'CUTS IN A LINE' AND JUSTIFYING IT JUST BECAUSE YOU WANT TO GET WHERE YOU ARE GOING FASTER.

    i DON'T BLAME YOU, AND NEITHER WOULD ANYONE ELSE HERE...BUT IT KIND OF IRRITATES SOME PEOPLE WHEN SOMEONE WANTS SOMETHING 'WHEN THEY WANT IT' NO MATTER IF IT AFFECTS OTHERS WRONGLY.

    I BELIEVE 'FIRST IN LINE' DESERVES ALL THE ATTENTION, NO MATTER WHAT THE SITUATION...OTHERWISE GOING AHEAD OF OTHERS BEFORE YOU IS NO BETTER THAN JUSTIFYING THOSE DACA APPLICATIONS.

    HERE'S HOPING YOU GET YOUR QUICK APPROVALS..BUT HOPING OTHERS BEFORE YOU GET THEIRS FIRST!...THE WAY IT OUGHT TO BE!

    Well said, there is really no rhyme or reason on how trying to figure it out. Your NOA2 will just appear on your phone via text one day. Don't waste your time anticipating what the timeline, as you will ultimately just let yourself down. The process is not like a normal queue as you would see in a grocery store. There are so many factors that go into this, and also add that these are lazy government workers who prob make less than someone doing the same type of work for a private company. Just sit back and and let it all come in due time. I'm sure you have stuff to do before he or she comes, right?

  2. Keep complaining everyone!! Everyone is just upset that CSC isn't working on THEIR case. Obviously CSC is moving along pretty nicely the last 2 weeks. Why don't you try to stay positive and yours will come in due time??? Instead of having a 'ME' mentality, just be happy that there is movement and your time will come. That is all I was saying. Instead all people want to do is just complain...Why don't you use that energy to get your finances up or other stuff to get prepared for your fiance's arrival? Instead of compulsively scouring this site for any new complainers. R.E.L.A.X. everyone :wacko:

  3. Hello;

    I'm getting a bit disgusted. According to VisaJourney the last 15 k1's approved in California, have been 8 from December 2012, 5 from November, & one from July, & one from August. Wow!!, What's up with this. My Noah1 was 8-2-12. I can see them being bogged down, I can see them even coming to a stop, but what's up with December almost catching up with August on the chart. Do they have any sense of fairness, at all? I mean it's like if you were waiting in a line for something, & they just keep skipping you, & and call people way behind. Is there something wrong with all August, & July's applicants; that would be unreasonable. I don't mean it hast to be perfect etc. etc., but if you look at the chart, it's ridiculous.

    Also the processing time is at 7-18-12. The only way you can get someone to call you, is if the processing time goes past your petition date. How is the 7-18-12, going to get to 8-2-12, if they don't do any July's, just mainly Decembers & Novembers?

    Anyone know how they do this. The people on the phones, don't seem to have any information.

    Thanks, for any iput;

    Rob Dattilo

    Get used to it. That's just the way it is. Just have to wait. Nothing you can do...

  4. I received my NOA1 on November 26th, but I haven't yet gotten my NOA2, should I be expecting it soon? What is going on right now?

    I called the USCIS today and asked where they were with processing and they said they are still processing July 18th applications,

    but I came on VJ today and see they are processing Oct-Nov. True???

    Yea that July 18th date they have been giving is a freaking joke. They have been saying that for about 3 months now. I wouldn't invest too much stock in that. I think they are indeed plowing through Nov and your time will hopefully come!

  5. Seriously CSC? what in the world is going on....process some dang k1's

    OMG i'm starting to loose my mind.....it's not that i don't have patience to wait 7 months to be with my love....but when i was told 5 months, 5 months, 5 months....for 5 freaking months...then BAM!! hit a wall and we don't know when ur stuff is going to get done and we aren't even going to give you any hint for any light at the end of any tunnel

    when i started this process, i read here on VJ hundreds of times, that this process takes about 1 year.........yeah right, at this rate it is going to take 3 years if it takes over 7.5 months for a dang NOA2....i don't even want to think about how long AP is going to be....

    rant over

    i hate CSC :angry:

    Normally I don't like rants, but this was freaking funny! Haha I am feeling your plan exactly. I was so happy at first that I was in CSCS, but literally it hasn't moved since I filed. Of course VSC is plowing through Sept filers and here we are still seeing July filers getting approved and no explanation. Hmmmm, we are taxpaying legal citizens applying to get married to our loved ones who happen to be citizens of another country, but I feel like we are get treated like 2nd class citizens because of this. Ok my rant is over too :lol:

  6. Man I feel for ya. Hopefully very soon, i.e. Less than 90 days

    25 Feb i got back from U.S.A, visiting my fiancee with our 1 yr old son. Before i went over to visit, it was over a year since i saw him last! Its exactly 7 months today for me since receiving the NOA1. And we are just patiently waiting for an update.. hopefully soon. I think our son will be at school by the time we get approved at this rate!!

    That's tough!

  7. what are you talking about ? im so chill, its not like i cant wait , i have time untill august or september so im chillin' dont worry about that , it's just that some people here in this forum always explain stuff so difficult to look smart or whatever i hate that, and posting stuff like PLEASE READ THE GUIDELINES, I already did but maybe i didn't see that part of the context or else I wouldn't ask so please you guys chill,

    for me it doesn't matter when the NOA1 is just people are confusing me by saying stuff like this.. anyways I hope everyone will have theirs asap

    :guides:

  8. YAY a lot fo September filers in VSC were getting approved.. :)

    Ya you are in better shape being processed at VSC. You are definitely on track to hear something in April. The CSC will prob have to wait til May, June, or July. Unless something changes...which I'm crossing my fingers it does. I'm getting fat from eating all these potent edibles, so hoping something shakes up soon. :whistle:

  9. Yea I'm not too sure what to believe at this point. All I know is VSC seems to have handfuls of approvals daily while CSC continues to trickle. I've literally decided to eat edibles until I get the NOA2. Then I will wake myself out of this stupor and get ready for the interview process, etc.... :dance:

  10. Yea I wonder what's going on in California? CSC seems like it is barely moving. Did anyone see that new approval that came in for a February filer? 3 weeks! I wanna know what he said to get that expedited. I don't even think Obama can get his cousin from another country into the US that quick.... :hehe:
