    Questions about I-134, Affadavit of Support

    in K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures

    Hey, my Fiance and I are in the final phases before I interview (I am the benificiary, she is the petitioner), and I have a few questions about the affadavit of support form.

    1.) I think her mom, who is acting as a cosponsor, screwed up the form a little bit. Can I use whiteout on that form to correct it, or should I just have her send an entirely different form?

    NO ITS BETTER U GET PRINT NEW FORM, IN ORDER TO AVOID ANY THING WHICH MAY CAUSE U LATE IN YOUR PROCESS

    2.) In the financial section of that form, she wrote in the value of her car, but I didn't get any proof of her car's value. Will that be an issue?

    you cant mention ur one car untill u sell it n change it into cash, or if u have more then one car then it can be count.

    3.) Under my marital status, she wrote "SIngle/Engaged." Will that "single" line cause any problems?

    Also, can I phone my consulate about these questions as well?

    No, u cant phone for that to Counslate.

    Also also, my girlfriend just got a job, and doesn't really have an annual income. What the hell do I do regarding her filling out that form? Does she just leave all the financial info blank? She can send me some paystubs and a letter from her employer.

    Also, on the bottom of page 2 it looks like there are mutliple places for a signature? ####### is this the most confusing form ever!?

    First of all be relax, on which Form????? if u r talking about I-134, there isnt any multiple Signature option just Signature of Sponsor person, or better u attach the form u want to clearfy ur question's answer more

    Hi..I'm lost in this, what is AP?why AP its seems like hang condition?is there AP too for K1 interview? Now I'm wait for packet 3 as on CEAC they says "ready for interview...." But still no packet 3 until now..don't know what happen sad.png ...

    AP is Admin Process, it depend on the country n as well as on the Case, there are so many things, bcoz of them they can put u in AP, like Age difference, Religion, Other evidence for Relationship, Security Check etc...

    Yes for K1 also they can put into AP. AP is like no one knows when it will be over, its blind well, n dont worry u will get the response from usem within 5 -7 working days for ur packet.

    This is our latest enquiry reply which we receive yesterday and our case is reaffirmed and send to NVC i talk to them they told us that yes they recieve our petition and ready to send to embassy,yesterday my husband received the email from NVC they clearly told that they send to embassy but the update mention today date said it return to NVC what is this,

    Dont know any email and cant find any email of isl embassy.

    They don't get any email, bcoz they have changed their process into online enquiry system following is the link this is online enquiry system....they will reply u within 5 days..
