see the USCIS website, its mention there fiance & fiancee must meet in person once in 2 years, not the two times.

n this is rule for all over the world.

hi everyone, does anyone have experience with vietnam k-1 filing? i'm just wondering if it's as the lawyers in vietnam says. he says that it's best to have met at least 2 times before filing the i-129f form. does anyone have experience that's different from what the lawyer says? thanks.

Dear its better u post ur querry in country portals, they may guide u so quick.

Yes its better to submit petitioner as well as beneficiary's birth certificate. as we did, in order to avoid RFE.

What i can say dear is be patience n now just 3 days away for ur approval. its worth to all that anger.

iam with u in this situation, but to be honest, u did not need to write to congressman or congreswomen, it always make more trouble for the case, USCIS they are nothing to do with any person, rules n regulations are above the all, so be patience n wait for their response, hope for the best.

Its better without any late contact USCIS with ur case#, or ask ur dad who filed for, after getting all detail contact them, i hope u will get the good news.
