I had my interview yesterday, got approved, Louisville, KY. 
Waiting for the date of the oath ceremony. 
 
Very quick process for Kentucky, filed 11 sept, interview 2 nov. 
 
Will let you know when the ceremony is.

For both notifications, Biometrics and Interview, it took 2 days to show up in the documents.

I filed online on 11 sep, was scheduled for biometrics oct 3 but did an early walk in on 17 sep. Saturday morning received notification that interview has been scheduled. The letter showed op in the documents this morning. 2 nov for an interview.

when they contact you with the instructions on what is next you will receive a case number, not sure how long it takes from Naples to contact you but shouldn't be too long.

it will show you all slots available, so if you have done your medical already you could even pick a slot that is available for that week. Of course all depends on the other documents, as soon as you send those in it won't be long before they will let you know that you are ready for scheduling an interview.
Make sure you have all the documents, send them out as soon as you have it complete and keep your fingers crossed :-)

soon after USCIS Frankfurt sends you the noa2, the IV unit will send you a letter and it will have a case number, and instructions.
The first time I saw my 'a' number was on top of the package that I had to give at the POE, and on the piece of paper that gave me instructions on how to pay the immigration fee thru the uscis-elis webpage.

My 15 year old flew on his own last may to Detroit, he had a letter of consent with him and the proof of the return ticket, all went fine. While I was anxiously waiting for a message that immigration went ok, he was making selfies while having lunch at Chillies!
