I don't personally have experience with this, so please only take my comments as the opinion of a complete outsider.
I personally think that both the large age gap and the lack of photots are potentially big red flags.
I've heard people on this site often suggest that if you have a red flag, such as a large age gap, then you should provide extra proof to show a bonafide marriage, such as a lot of photos.
It's good that he has traveled to see you so many times, but without the photographic evidence of the two of you together, all you can really prove is that he traveled to your country.
Perhaps you have other types of evidence to convince the CO of bonafide marriage without the pictures?

No, it's not a problem. You were not married for any day in 2012 which means that her filing as 'single' was the correct way to file.

The surge of CSC approvals is unprecedented, and therefore unreliable. They could stop or drastically slow down any day. As an October filer, I would do anything to have my case at VSC right now. I'd prefer to have an average of a few approvals each day working on a first in - first out basis, then dealing with the chaos and unknowns of the CSC.
I'm also sick of the phone, the poor internet connection, checking the USCIS website, and the time difference. I swear when he finally arrives, I won't be looking at a computer outside of working hours for a very long time!

To the frustration of many, CSC started the year with "competing agency priorities" (USCIS words, not mine) and was approving I-129F petitions at record low rates. The numbers given here are taken solely from VJ members updating their timelines.
    January: 18 NOA2, 4 RFE
    February: 15 NOA2, 8 RFE
    March: 26 NOA2, 3 RFE
April began like the previous months of 2013:
    First week of April - 4 NOA2, 0 RFE
And then the CSC frenzy began! Starting slowly at first with November/December approvals, the momentum picked up quite quickly and shifted to July-September approvals:
    April 8: 6 NOA2
    April 9: 5 NOA2
    April 10: 0 NOA2
    April 11: 6 NOA2, 1 RFE
    April 12: 8 NOA2, 2 RFE
    April 13: 0 NOA2, 2 RFE (Saturday)
    April 15: 12 NOA2
    April 16: 14 NOA2, 3 RFE
    April 17: 26 NOA2, 5 RFE
    April 18: 26 NOA2, 7 RFE
    April 19: 31 NOA2, 4 RFE
    April 20: 10 NOA2 (Saturday)
This is a breakdown of the April approvals by NOA1 month:
    July: 19
    August: 53
    September: 32
    October: 1
    November: 14
    December: 29
It is good to see CSC clearing out their backlog. Congratulations to all that have been approved!!!
I hope this continues until they are back to a 5 month processing timeframe.

Jeffrey, you have seen fluctuations in the percentages because it varies by month. The following data is for CSC only, comparing the number of receipts of I-129F that CSC reported and the total number of VJ members on Igor's list for CSC. A similar calculation could be done for Vermont.
    ......USCIS receipts.....VJ Members.....Percentage
    Jul.......1883..............142............7.54%
    Aug.......1656..............185...........11.17%
    Sep.......1483..............145............9.78%
    Oct.......1714..............143............8.34%
    Nov.......1447..............102............7.05%
    Dec.......1442...............82............5.69%
It makes sense if you consider that half of July filers received NOA2 within a few months, so not as many joined this site.
The longer someone waits, the more likely they are to not only find VJ, but become a member.
I get the number of USCIS receipts from here: http://dashboard.uscis.gov/index.cfm?formtype=6&office=2&charttype=1

2far got a reaction from charlottelizabeth in October I 129F filer. CSC delayed.
As an October filer, I feel like I'm stuck on this long, painful bus ride. The bus driver has blocked the front door so all of the July/August filers at the front of the bus are stuck. The emergency exit at the back of the bus has been snuck open, and all of the November/December filers are jumping off. I'm stuck in the middle, and the bus just keeps taking me further and further away from the man I love.

I'm tending to believe them too. Only because it's the only source of hope I have left at this point. And all of the November/December approvals shows that they have actually put some resources on K1s and that they haven't forgotten how to process them. Although the date range they selected upsets me, I was pleased at the number of approvals per day. If they could only find the right boxes to work on, there could be a huge improvement in a short amount of time.

RFE from California Service Center: none from your list
From the list you provided, no NOA2 has come from California Service Center in which an RFE was issued.
    The approvals from California include:
    - 1 unfortunate couple from February 2012
    - 1 from July 2012
    - 3 from August 2012 (one of these members had help from his Senator, and one put in an expedite request)
    - 6 from November 2012
    - 3 from December 2012
This is why people are saying that the California Service Center has skipped over July through October and is now processing Nov/Dec.
The reason that ALL of the people on your list that have received NOA2 after receiving an RFE are from Vermont is because Vermont seems to be working, for the most part, in chronological order. So they sent out RFEs when they were processing July/August cases, those people have responded to the RFEs, and are just now getting the NOA2s. Please notice that without RFEs, Vermont is mostly approving September/October. Other than one VJ member from November, CSC hasn't been sending out RFEs in quite some time.
Making conclusions without understanding the data you are looking at, and then spreading those conclusions to others is irresponsible.
Usually when I see misinformation being spread, I keep to myself. However, I'm an October filer and my case is sitting in CSC...which means I have nothing but time on my hands.

The timing of this post is perfect for me. I just got off the phone with the rep for my Senator's office. I was completely dumbfounded by her ability to not only restate all of the USCIS stock responses, but to allude that there is nothing wrong with the USCIS stating the same processing date for 3 months straight when they have a national goal of 5 months. she couldn't have cared less. Completely helpless.
