I have a bankruptcy that shows up probably every 3 years on my credit report that isn't mine.. unfortunatly I have a common name. yeah get your credit pulled and dispute.. have your mother too.

.so whats up with this credit report agencies, aren't they doing their job? Isn't it obvious that some people are not one and the same since they have a differennt birth date and place?

I know I know,,,,,they do though and I get rewards anyways I have to stop going to that place

So I also need to get a copy of my Credit Report to see what is on mine cause I never saw mine so I have no ideea....But I am guessing since my social is on her nameee it will be the same credit report. And I have tried to request my credit report once and they said I gave the wrong info (name, etc) for the social security number.

We are making notes on what is mine and what hers right now so that tomorrow we can take care of this. I don't know...it's really messed up.

Mandi, I hope you feel better this morning. No he never said he hates me but I HATE IT when he goes to sleep after an argument and does not say nothing. I hate it when I try to settle it and he just goes to sleep like he does not care.

So my parents want to buy a new house and the mortgage broker pulled their credit reports. My mom was surprised to see that my chase credit card, starbucks, old navy card, carson pirie card, student loan, ...basically everyhting shows up on her credit report. They told her she has too many lines of credit open. Ofcourse, she has two of everything on there. DOes anyone know how can we resolve this issue? should we start at the social security office? It is weird that the credit report shows her name and under her name 2 social security numbers...one is her number and the other number is MINE. How can my social be under her name? I have a different first name and birth date and place. How can this happen? /////....

From the sellers answers and the way he deals it is obvious that he did not send it. I have e-mailed someone who bought the same phone from him, same day as me. THe other buyer is in the same situation as me. She says maybe we will be able to file a claim and get $200 back ....I don't know if its possible. How can I prove that he did not send it?

payed with paypal on July 28......but he did not give me any tracking number and then says he shipped on July 31 with Priority Mail. Now he says he sent it and the rest is my fault...but I received nothing and it took him 3 days to answer any of my e-mail regarding the shipping. I felt like something was fishy since the day I payed .. I did not file a claim. RIght now I am sending him about 4 e-mails per day and NOTHING ......

Got a black Razr...hate it thought Sooo a week ago I bought a Nokia 7370 on EBAY, payed $300 for it and it looks like the seller is playing games and won't send it to me. I'm so sad, I lost the money and don't have the cellphone

Thank you all for you help... I heard from Nancy today, and she reports that things are "better", whatever that now means. You can imagine my frustration since it has happened before that everything's been "fine", until the next day when he drinks again.

Well, in any case, I have decided that I will try to get her down here and then, together with her, contact the USCIS and explain what has happened. Then get her home, and away from him.

I've found her the number for a women's shelter where she lives... and I told her that next time something happens, she has to go there. I do wish I could just go up there and get her right now.

I know that I shouldn't go on a tirade about my personal feelings in this message, but I cannot help it. I am afraid for her, I don't want her forgiving him all the time, not after so many times of the same thing happening. And I want her away from him, even though she says things are better today. What about tomorrow? =\ I just feel so powerless... unable to really help and take her away from him when she doesn't seem to be able to work up the courage to do so herself.

It always gets better and then worse again..........I've been through it with my parents, we (or better said they) are still going through the same problems. I can't help my mother! because she won't let me. But I can't sleep at night. I dream of her one day being killed by him, Every time I hear someone talk loud I run to see if something has happened to her....................

Here's a quick update:

Things have improved drastically. We had a heart to heart yesterday. I think I finally got through to him. He apologized for having acted this way and promised to do his share. He told me that it's not that he doesn't care or isn't excited, he's just being more laid back about everything. One of us has to be otherwise we'll end up killing each other.

Then later in the day, he shocked the hell out of me. He e-mailed me all the completed forms, and

He called the embassy yesterday and finally got through to the Visa (miss)information services only to be told that the phone number was only for student and toursists visa.

We'll see what happens next. I guess I overreacted a bit.

Happy to see you guys are working this out. In our case I did all the paperwork and I was the one laid back about everything. I take my time....my husband used to keep asking me HOW IS THE PAPERWORK GOING? DID YOU GET IT DONE? Sometimes he felt like I did not care. Its not that I did not, its just me...I don't like to rush things and it took me a few months to get things done. He knows me really well now. I still take my time and now he knows me better than ever so he has learned to have patience.........

I'm scared of chiropracters. I've always heard that once you go to one, you have to keep going or else your pain will return. I do a pretty good job at cracking my own back and neck though - fun at parties!

So I must have slept wrong a couple of nights ago, because my arm is just killing me. When I lift my right arm in a certain way, not every time but a lot, I get a shooting pain from my upper arm all the way up to my neck. I want it to go away!

Sorry couldn't resist. Go see a ciropractor (spelling?) They fix me up when I have one of those pains that won't quit.

I'm thinking of going to a chiropractor myself, for my back. A friend of mine had constant pain and she swears it went away after a few visits. Gotta try it, can't live like this!

In regards to looking directly at the person and saying 'Hi' I think it would depend on the situation. I've been told repeatedly a good rule of thumb in large cities is 'no eye contact'. If your dealing with a crazy "Hiya" isn't the best approach..I'm wondering if that was the older gentlemans reasoning.

Exactly, and on top of that I don't feel like saying HELLO to people I don't know. I don't have to be "polite" to all the people walking on the street or in a restaurant...JHow can someone say it is his fault for not saying HI to the guy or looking at him.

Do we need to be fake and smile at everyone, say hi and pretend we try to make friends with them so that they don't assault us....GOD what has become of us people?

I don't think it is fair to blame the victim either. Even if he had been 100% on the alert, the thug could have knocked him out all the same, or used a weapon if he was carrying one. Yes, it is smart to be cautious but lack of caution doesn't lessen the blame of the person commiting the crime who bears full responsibility.

Seee someone has stolen my greencard and it took me 2 years to get a new one. I wonder if she or someone like her has my greencard and they use it to get JOBS in my name.

and so I googled the hornworm it seems some people eat them. So don't take them to space mountain. Here is one of the recepies:

Fried Green Tomato Hornworms

Yield: 4 servings

What does a tomato hornworm taste like? Well, what would you taste like if you'd been stuffing yourself solely with tomato leaves for the better part of a month? Hornworms are ridiculously chlorophyll-rich. They taste great with just about any summer vegetable, but my favorite recipe draws inspiration from the cuisine of the Whistle Stop Cafe, that fictitious Alabama diner made famous by novelist Fanny Flagg.

"You'll think you died and gone to heaven," boasts Flagg of her recipe. To which I add, "If you do go to heaven, ask the Powers That Be to keep the tomato hornworms out of my vegetable patch."

3 tablespoons olive oil

16 tomato hornworms

4 medium green tomatoes, sliced into 1/4-inch rounds

Salt and pepper to taste

White cornmeal

In a large skillet or wok, heat the oil. Then lightly fry the hornworms, about 4 minutes, taking care not to rupture the cuticles of each insect under high heat. Remove with a slotted spoon and set aside.

Season tomato rounds with salt and pepper, then coat with cornmeal on both sides.

In a large skillet, fry tomatoes until lightly browned on both sides

Top each round with 2 fried tomato hornworms.

Garnish the paired hornworms with a single basil leaf.

been growing tomatoes for 5 years now and I haven't seen them....I Have seen them at my grandparents. The Tomato Horn Worm thats the name, it turns into a beautiful moth ) I think the best bet is to hanpick them....watch for them every day and take them off. You might find more info about them online. Google it.
