I wanted to call but after Friday I figured I would wait.

After 55min on hold. NO update on case

Told the 30 day wait. I just confirmed that everything else is done and completed

Just waiting on last mail Civil documents scanned in on 5/16

Ok, only on hold for 20 minutes! Agent Kelly (who kept cutting me off - 2 can play that game btw) told me to wait 30 days from the 16th, those documents haven't been reviewed yet. So I asked when my AOS documents were reviewed because they've been there since May 7th. Then I got "ma'amed" and was told they receive 100 of packets of packets a day and it takes time to review those so I need to wait 30 days.

I told her I know it does not take 30 days, packets are reviewed and case completes are issued in a shorter amount of time. I'm just trying to get an idea of when to call back. She said I should try back around June 7th. Which is a Saturday. They got jokes at NVC today!

Soooooooooo I asked her when do officers review packets? Is it from 9-5 only? She said there are 2 shifts and they do review packets in the evening. Guess who's calling back LOL

But since she was a snot and told me to call back on a Saturday, I don't believe anything she told me lol

I will call tonight just because I can. I know my AOS was reviwed and accepted

So let's see

She said i should hear somerhing by june 26

What!!!! Then she said they are working overtime .

I guess june 26 would be close to the 30 days

Tommrow makes one year since i started this

Fingers crossed it dont take until june 26

Would love a july interview.

Yes you can send certified to NVC. Your supposed to get documents back at the interview.

After a few days the iv staus showed paid. Nothing else after that .

All my forms are in at NVC just waiting for them to review me

My civl documents. Praying for a case complte mid june.

I don't think so. I'm at NVC now. Have not gotten any mail only emails.

I got the same thing on 5/14. When I called they said my AOS was accepted.

I mailed my IV documents on 5/12 and they were not scanned or checked in until 5/16

Then Monday 5/19 a checklist for the documents they got on 5/16

I called it was a false checklist. Just a waste of time!!!!!!!

Sooo last week WED i got a checklist called and it was documents already sent.

I called back on friday to see if my civil documents were checked inn.

The lady said yes they where om friday then she.tells me i wi get.a checklist.

Well it came today. Open it and its for civil documents.

So i call she says to ignore it

What since does this make??? This is why you cant get any

One on the phone. I was not planning to call until next we spare my self!!

They just work backwards. Send me an email when you need something or when my case is complere

I just need this over next week make 1year since i put applocation

So today I called NVC. About my IV documents wanted to see if they were scanned In.

This is the first time I spoke to someone soooooooo NASTY. She starts to tell me they sent me a checklist email today.

I asked what would it be for?

She said when you get it you call back and ask. WOW

I recived one on 5/14 for the IV documents which I had already had sent.

The lady I spoke to on 5/14 said the AOS was reviewed and accepted.

This is CONFUSING. !!!!!!

Wont be calling until next Friday.

I dont get to see Hubby often. Since we got married i have been back to JAMAICA 3 times.

Do you know the.feeling getting married and leaveing your family behind

Just checking in got a checklist today for IV documents. Documents we're sent on Monday overnight.

I assume there not scanned in yet. I was soooo nervous when I called I forgot to ask if she saw it in the system.

She said the ASO was accepted that was sent on 4/22 overnight and scanned in on 4/24

All there waiting for is the Iv documents and to review the DS260 and the standard line give them 30 days

That's no problem. I can deal with waiting 30 days.

I know it won't take 30 days but if so im prepared.

It's crazy that the weekends don't mean the same thing anymore. Every weekend we loose 2 days to end this process.

I called NVC to check on my AOS package that was checked in the system on 4/24. No update.

Hubby sent police record on Friday will be here Monday. IV documents will be sent express mail Monday.

Fingers crossed to have a case complete by June 1st.

Just an update i paid my IV fees on both my cases on 4/21

Today 4/25 one cases DS-260 is ready. Hope the other one is ready later today

Aos sent on 4/21 arrived on 4/22

Have not called to confirm giving them some time.

Waiting on hubby police report to send civil docs. Hopefuly in the next week.

Feel good about the movment. Its long over due!!!

Yes it can take 30 or less days. You can check with NVC by calling to see if they recived it. Then you wait for your case number. They like to say 30 days for that but it seems to be less.
