Hey VJ family.

It has been a crazy the last few days.

Hubby arrived on 21st. Non stop since then.

He arrived at JFK. He said it went smooth no drama.

I wait 2 hours for him. There where 4 flights landing the same time. So you could only imagine.

Hubby seems to adjusting slowly. My step daughter on the other hand. Its like shes lived here before.

She loves her room and can't wait to Start school.

This would not be possible without VJ

Now we wait for his SS card. He already has a job offer but needs his SS

Update ...............

I get waybill email for hubby and his passpo number is wrong.

I called and they said I would have to wait until he picks

Up visa to see if they printed the wrong number

I would love to know where they got the wrong passport number ????????????

So I'm confused don't know what to do.

Can't log in the check hubby waybill status.

My daughters is ready.

I called the number on there site. There saying send an email

Which I did.

Just wondering if anyone has had this problem??????

Its saying invalid. So I called the automated

Line it has no update or waybill on his info.

Confused any ideas suggestions.

Yes the CSC site, it will ask you to log in with the passport number and DOB.

LOL...thats a shocker...it usually stays in AP for at least a day!!!.

You will have to Check the DHL site to see if a waybill has been created...then you can set up email notifications but the emails are slow from DHL..your hubby will have his passport a good few hours before they even notify you. My mom called me a full two hours before i got the email from DHL. Check the DHL site between tomorrow and saturday to see if it gives you the waybill number.

No mom is still there, I go to Jamaica in september so she will come back with me....and BTW...I don't know what part of JA your husband lives but southwest has the cheapest flights but they only fly in and out of montego bay and you get two free checked bags...LOL...thats who i'm flying...I will drive the to St. Catherine from MO Bay no problem...LOL

Yeah I forgot about independence day!!!! But they did not take my moms DHL confirmation either they just asked her if she was familiar with it and she said yes and tried to give them the print out but they did not even look at it. They know if you have or have not set up the courier service, you don't have to worry about that. Everytime my mom's case was updated it was always after 12pm...idk for sure but maybe that is their update time...LOL

As of 9am not yet. I assume since yesterday was a holiday in JA there would be no movement until today.

Of course I will stalk CEAC all day while I work.

Case changed to issued same day excellent.

The DHL papers is just proof that you signed up. They have the info so once it is issued you can start tracking by DHL. My mom's interview was 07/15, it changed to AP 07/16 and issued on 07/17 but DHL did not pick up from the embassy until 07/19 and had it available for my mom to pick up on 07/21. Just keep checking DHL after the ceac status says issued to see when a waybill is created.

The Medical is $600 in Honduras.... we paid about $20 at the public Hospital when our daughter was born in 2009-- to put it in perspective. They made my wife wait 72 hours for results of TB test? I am beginning to think that is not the norm. Did you complete it all in one day? she is returning tomorrow for the packets.-- its a looong three days

All in one day. They were there from 9am to 4:30 pm

He was told they both need 1more shot that they can come back for in 3 weeks

Makes No sense. But of course they made him pay for it.

He said it was a longgggg day. They got 8 shots total and paid 700.00US

13days until interview.

The biological mother of my srep daugther left when.

We wont be able to obtain a letter from here for the interview

Which is on 8/5 in kingston.

Her grandmother has agreed to write letter statingl that she abandoned

The child and that my husband had her since she was 3 years old.

have the letter signed by a JP in jamaica.

My husbands name is on the childs birth papers he was there at the hospital

Obtained police certoficate more than one year ago

Still lives in the country that issued the police certfiction

So for us i say no becuase all 3 are not true.

He police record was from April.2014.
