Mine is Chicago.

It depends on where your local field office is. For East_CoastGuy and Tigerflower, it is Charlotte, NC, which states they are taking 5 months. Where is your local field office?

I asked my congressman to submit an expedite request for me, but I think he did an inquiry instead, and the response is that "you're in line for interview"--I guessed that much... Go figure, lol. At least, the congressman's office was super prompt about it, though.

Why do you need to expedite it?

I called back in October, I would call as soon as you have the chance. Only an L2 officer can properly look into the system and answer if you are in line, so ask for an L2.

But officially they should open my case only at the end of November. Do I count 5 months from there or from beginning of August?

Both options the 5 monts mark is still far wawy...

Have you called them yet to see if you're in line?

I submitted an inquiry and got the same message as before: "Your application information has been entered into the system...."

So I guess that's good.

That means you don't have any RFE. And your papers are scanned and uploaded under evidences regards to part 12. That is what it says. If you press on "evidences" sections below RFE, you should see the files that you sent them with your application

And what did scare you there? There is everything all right there. It means they are still processing your application. When they have finished, the message will change to the interview scheduled message.

The part on the right and the one on the bottom - The RFE part and the part regards part 12.

I was finally able to login and I see this message:

First NOA was sent when they received the case if you ticked on your application to receive it. The second NOA was sent with the code to retrieve your case online. I signed up for the account long before I even filed my n-400. It was an empty account and looked just the same you have now. Creating account doesn't give you access to the case you filed. If you look in your account at the right hand side where ACTIONS are, there is a link that says Code (see Account Acceptance Notice). That's where you should have typed in your Code just once to make your case accessible and It should be in the second NOA that you received if you received any. So I attached my Account Acceptance Notice. It says it is actually Account Access Notice when you look at the Type. If you do all that mentioned above correctly and saw your case before and now you can't, then you need to call themT

Thank you so much for your explanation, I had to reset it now and a new access code will be sent to me soon since the 1st one is valid for 30 days only.

OK, now I'm confused. If you are an IOE filer, then the so-called online assess code is on one of your first TWO NOAs, and when you sign up with MyUSCIS, you should always receive a 2nd random password via text whenever you attempt to log in--if that's a surprise to you, then you didn't set up what you're supposed to set up when you first get the NOAs.

I sign up when got the NOA and now when I try to login it sends me code via text/email. Nothing is surprising here.

Problem is that when I login don't see my case .... it says no cases available

OK, that's an easy fix:

1) Make sure you're using one of I.E., Chrome or Firefox;

2) If you can only see MyUSCIS' home screen after logon, then type "account" right after that webpage's address and enter. It should take you to the new version of the website where you have to option to switch to the old view.

I got a page that I need to enter the online access code (I assume thats the one they sent me via text) and my birth date.

Did you actually set up the MyUSCIS account when they initially sent you the NOA for you to do so? You'll need the account retrieval number for it to get your case information.

I did when I got my NOA. Now when I try to login they send me a text with # that I have to put it in so I can login.

Anything else I need to do ?

I feel left out by the "Glitch" that I haven't gotten it yet ... even if it was a glitch it would be nice to see something change on the case ... but my GC 5 year anniversary is not until tomorrow 11/8/2016 , I'm hoping that what @vanhiscers87 about having to reach the anniversary is right :-)

Hi guys!

I just logged online to check my account because I hadn't in a while and it has updated to Interview Scheduled. It does not have the interview letter but it says it has been scheduled and mailed to me. I am an IOE filer, so this gives me hope for everyone!! I did not receive a text or email update and my case status check thingie where you simply enter your number as opposed to login still says Biometric appointment was scheduled. It has not updated.

I cannot see my case/status when I login to https://myaccount.uscis.dhs.gov/

When I login to https://egov.uscis.gov/casestatus/landing.do I see the Biometrics info

I remember reading somewhere that there is an alternate web page to see your status - Can someone help with that?

Is it only those:

4. Evidence that my spouse has been a US citizen in the past 3 years

5. Current marriage certificate

6. Tax returns (Last 3 years ok?)

7. Bank statements - How far back?

8. Lease, Rental agreements etc

What else am I missing?
