I realize your question isn't being answered. BUT I don't think a bus would be willing to wait for you while you're at secondary processing at the Peace Bridge. I know I'd be PI$$ed if I was on that bus thinking I was going to arrive somewhere by a certain estimated time only to have it thrown off by someone who was immigrating.
Do you have anyone who might be willing to drive you to the airport in Buffalo? That way you could cross at the Peace Bridge or Rainbow Bridge and have as much time as necessary. My suggestion would ideally encourage you to cross the border the day before your flight, or get a late-in-the-day flight and cross early in the morning so you have plenty of time. Just a suggestion.

Mine was never transferred to a local office. It stayed in Missouri and my online status did not change until the NOA2 was sent. I was never able to see it online. It always said my case could not be found. So don't go by what "normal" seems to be because it seems that there are many many different ways things are being processed.

I haven't tried looking on the site in a couple weeks because I got tired of seeing it say that my case couldn't be found.
Well I just checked and it says the following:

On December 11, 2012, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this I130 IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR RELATIVE, FIANCE(E), OR ORPHAN. Please follow any instructions on the notice. If you move before you receive the notice, call customer service at 1-800-375-5283.
Does this mean no RFEs and we're on to the next phase? I'm completely in shock. My reaction was so messed up that my husband thought something was wrong and I ruined the excitement of the moment because I was freaking out instead of cheering!
I checked for me and both the kids, all have the same note. Am I missing something here or am I good?

When I called in they told me they would only speak to the petitioner.

In the instructions for an I-130 application it actually suggests affidavits as part of the evidence of bona fide marriage.
