Hi sis belated Merry Christmas!

We don't really know what's really taking our application so long. When my husband called countless times and sent inquiries, no one mentioned a decent answer. They kept on pushing this "still under initial review and sorry for the delay but we will inform you as soon as..."

I really want to have an email add to anyone who can possibly help or at least check on our case because like i said, everytime we will send an email, the reply we receive isi always from an automated email..

I sure hope it will not reach to 2 year sis but if it is the will of God, then who am i to question it. Maybe He has another purpose or i still have a mission in the Philippines sis..I have to try to think the brighter side of it sis. He knows what's best for me..

Anyway, we received our NOA1 for K3 route last Nov. 6 and hope it will continue kicking. With this route, i presumed we will still wait for months for the NOA2 but i just want to see our papers are moving because it has been la...

We received our NOA1 for our K3 last Dec. 3, and after a week was transferred to TSC. It's good to know that every week the "Last Updated" date changed in our USCIS account, so they must be doing something right now..

Yeah. some USCIS guys are not educated enough as far as visa application is concern. I myself even called once to USCIS and did not get a decent answer from them.

And it's a good news for both of you then. I hope the senator will dig your papers so it will keep on moving. As long as the papers will be done with the USCIS process and moved to NVC

2nd RFE received today and was anxious if USCIS is asking more from us..

After waiting for our NOA2 for 1 year and 1 month now, still in "Initial Review". After asking help from all those people and still no news about our application...After seeing that it was last touched on OCTOBER 11, 2011, we decided to have the K3 route...We were married in the Philippines, so this means that I, being a Filipina will submit the papers at the US Embassy?..Thanks

Another AOS checklist received yesterday..Just 3 fields to be filled in..Good thing we don't have to send it back to NVC rather bring it on my interview

Came out Negative on 3days sputum tests (AFB)...Had to wait until August 13 and call them about the result for the sputum culture..Was told that my medical will expire on Nov.13..Now, i am excited to go back to Cebu after being in Manila for 1 week..

Finally we got our case number now, just exactly 14 days from NOA2 approval date

Finally! Case completed today!!

Funeral parlor found records of hubby's late wife's death, together with their sons..The record is in the big ledger with the name of her parents and my hubby's name who was her husband that time..Seeing a light here, though no death certificate is found..

Have u got ur NOA2 yet? with only 41 days before Christmas and between the time the case will be transferred to NVC, then to the Embassy, payments, Physical exam and scheduling for interview, I think, u won't make it for Christmas in the states..I have a friend who is in CR-1 visa got approved last July 25, 2012 but the schedule of her interview is on Dec. 5th.

Hehehe..OO nga sis, God gives the desires of our hearts, and in his time, kaya i will just wait for the right time. Maybe it wasn't the right time last year to get approved..hopefully this year na sis Godwilling

Hello,we submitted our papers for K3 last week and hoping to at least receive NOA1 for that..Yeah, we didn't think about DCF before coz when we submitted our papers last year my husband has to be in the states for important matter. Same here, just sit and wait and keeping my hopes up that one day, maybe one day i will hear a good news about my visa..
