Question.... For those of us who haven't received our NOA2's, do you know if you've been "touched" recently? I have not... Last touch was 3/19....

I'm in Fort Worth.

I think we got some quicker processing because we had signed a contract with the hall and put money down and I forwarded a copy of contacts and receipts for all the things I have set up. It was a huge gamble to get all these things in place, but I think it has paid off.

Supposedly I did. I really don't know how it helps. They say I should hear something within two weeks. Really? I better d*#n well be done with this hell part of the process by then.

Islandgal: I highly recommend that you call VSC and demand to speak with a tier 2 officer. I did today during my lunch and currently have a service request put in.

I tried that the other day... I demanded a tier 2 and I got put on hold for over 35 minutes with no one answering....

No sense checking USCIS till Tuesday.

Folks, I just got approved. I'm so sorry, for I know you deserve to get it before I do. VSC has taken something that should be a celebration and made it very awkward. I'm sorry, my friends. I will NOT abandon you as you wait...we are in this together!

EdwardClement, if you look at Igors list, it seems as if RFE's can be issued and NOA2's sent as soon as 2 weeks after the RFE. I'm sure it depends on how long it takes for you to respond. Hoping for the best for you and yours.
