I spoke with higher customer service rep. She said Long Island office is backed up. New York is so packed, so my interview will be end of November or mid December.

I wish they can start speeding up. Just little relief that one part is done with clearing all backgrounds stuff.

Hello!

I am September 4 ,2012 filer. I had bio on 9/18/12 and put inline interview on 09/24/12.

Do u think my fingerprints are cleared dat I am inline. I am reading dis FBI stuff. I havent heard anything after 09/24/12.

I called and spoke to higher customer service, they said its waiting for an interview. My file is still with nbc.

Please advise

Hey missDrum I just received my inline for interview OCT 11 after I have finished doing my FP back in July 11, in OCT 12 the status change to Interview Scheduled. Sometimes it can take a while. My only Advise is to get a SR and INFOpass as soon as you can. They will respond fairly quick after doing a SR and on top of that if you can do an InfoPass. SR are more efficient though.

Just talk very nice to them and persuade them to make an SR keep trying that calling won't hurt. Don't forget to be creative until you get that SR. Lol

Who can we do SR with. Just to clear. Is it Service Request. I have been inline for an interview since 09/24. I have made an itenary to visit India, but havent get interview yet.

You think they can do service request for me.

I want to have interivew done in November. Hopefully. I want to move my husband's case.

i saw in AugustFilers that they just added another column " InLineInterview " in the list . I think its a great idea so people can have better understanding when they should expect to receive "in line interview" msg from uscis

I was trying to add that line, but somehow its not enough space. I guess we should take out the cashed checks tab. As they said, it has no relevant to the case. They can deposit it same day or wait till next batch of checks.

Cool H&V....now waiting for the mail!

Haven`t received any email or text yet, though signed up for it, may be sent later,once they have an interview date,or after they send the NOA.

Have started studying, saw this movie on NetFlix, called Story of US...it cool..it makes it easier to remember stuff, once you know the background.

I guess G1145 is only for initial receive letter. Goto: uscis.gov and sign up for case status. They will ask for an email, phone #, address, etc. and will start sending you updates via email or text.

I havent filed G1145, I dint knew it before. Then i signed up and receive texts.

I guess Ocotber cut-off is june 1, 2010.

I have recieved a text about week ago that I am placed in line for an interview.

Hope they schedule soon. My DO if Holtsville,NY but its not an option on USCIS site to check timeframe. Hope they are working fast by having DD coffee or starbucks to boost their work ability. Come on help us all.

the lady at the local office where i went for fingerprint told that USCIS may speed up the processing time because of the incoming election. She also told me that one of the filer came back and showed her passport and everything after 6 weeks from the fingerprint appointment day. I hope that all the Sept filers will get their passport before the election or before Christmas.

Wow! Great news. Its always good to hear a positive attitude and positive hope.

I hope it is also true for NY, Long Island as well.

Guys is it possible to file the form G1145 now get text and email notifications.

Please advise.

Also, is it true that if we have done early Bio- fingerprints we can get interview early. Little bit early than expected.

Mine bio was originally on 10/04/2012 at 2pm, i have done them on 09/18/2012.

Please take your green card if you going for early bio. I forgot mine, but they still let me do it.

My wife just called me and told me that her interview was success today and C.O told her that she will get her passport in a week ... I hope no AP as she didn't get the purple slip

I agree i don't think they changing anything. Only reason it could be past long weekend and its new fiscal year, and they got lost of work to do. So i don't even think that next beginning of months they will issue interviews after vb published. Its only happened some month on each year.

Just waiting for Visa Bulletin to publish. Hopefully Monday brings us alot of happiness.

Just praying hard and hard that God please make October November December current soon and all others this year possible.

I wish it could be close to August 2012 this time. So i will be next in November.

Usually cut off dates are 8/10/15/22.

Do you guys think that i have to wait a month for one day bc its 23 instead of 22.
