I think that its still too early to scare ourselves.. they usually send out IL first week of the month.. December applicant just got lucky to get theirs the end of November.

I just think..

Hoping to hear soon though. Its still in time range. Plus this month was so many Holidays and Snow weather at NH. They were closed due to weather.

Has anyone got interview letter for February 2013? If not guys call NVC to find out.

I called NVC just now, they said they are processing cases applied prior to August 22,2010.

No interview scheduled yet. I dont know what is going on.

I became eligible to file for USC in Nov but I delayed because I had a baby born recently. Becoming USC will delay our case further to later half of 2013.

I just received a text messege today that i am scheduled for an interview.

I been waiting for it and praying hard.

I called uscis and transfered to officer line. They told its on January 18,.

Since we're past our 90 days with still no interview scheduled, I called today to ask for more information. Was told the NYC office is severely behind (no surprise there), wait another 30 days and then call back if there's still no interview update. The rep said we should definitely be done with this process in the next 4 months. I *hate* that they won't just give us a date!

Anyway, thought that might be helpful to those in NYC still waiting. Sigh...

I filed in September (Waheguru) on 09/04/2012 and did early bio on 09/18/12 and put inline 09/24/12. I got yellow letter on 12/02/12 dated 11/19/2012 to bring documents.

I called them, they said NY is back log.

Just waiting to receive a letter atleast. They told i will receive letter in December. Let See.

So I passed the civic/english test. the officer asked me few questions which I forgot.(questions such as how i got here, when did my dad and my step mom divorced) It was many years ago and I was young, so I couldn't answer with certainty. I saw the officer wrote down something(making corrections/changes? idk)

I got marks for:

You passed the test of English and U.S. history and government.

B) A decision connot yet be made about your application.

anyone got any idea if this is normal?

I been put inline since 09/24/2012. After that i recieved a yellow letter dated 11/19/2012 for some document to bring on an interview.

Nothing after that.

Anyone know if i could be interviewed in January.

Good news (I think)! I received the yellow letter today, stating I should bring my state-issued Id or driver license. It's not the interview letter, but at least it shows some sort of movement for the NY office. My online status is still the same, in line for interview scheduling and I am getting close to the 90 day mark, which will be Dec 7th. Just thought I'd share this with you guys, especially my fellow Ny-ers, who are probably as impatient as I am.

I am hoping to receive an interview soon. Want to go India but kind of stuck.
