samename thank you i didnt know they extend. i will consider that but the problem is they dont show upto when apptmts are fully booked . my fiance emailed them to explain this problem we are waiting their reply.

You are welcome ,i certainly hope you don't have to ask them for it.I wish we all had a way of knowing on here when appointments were available.For instance if someone books an appointment or cancels and books a new one, then they will let those waiting in their portal know which dates were available.

Hello , You need 2 original DS -156 forms signed (by beneficiary) and 1 DS- 156K unsigned on day of interview. you can make back up copies for yourself just in case. As to the Birth certificate, if the child is not going then it's not needed .As to your lawyer, if you are very uncomfortable with him ...dismiss him. If you feel that you have paid too much to fire him, it is understandable but stay on top of your case.I have seen too many stories on here where the lawyer messes things up.

you will also need the I-134 and supporting documents ie Tax returns, W2's ,Bank letter , proof of employment letter .Check the K1 guides and tips it list all forms needed.

Your packet will be good to go since you are front loading .To answer your question ,It is ok to print pictures anyway you want to.

That being said,I only submitted 15 pics with our initial packet, We were able to bring an album and pictures printed on plain paper and on photo paper to the interview. The CO prompted by my fiance looked at all of them. Good Luck chica.

My hubby had his interview yesterday at Lagos Nigeria his visa was approved!!! Thank God. He was informed by the guy that interviewed him that there is another fee of $165 that he has to pay. Does anyone know we're he makes this payment at? And if he makes this payment before coming to the states? Thank you for any info it's much appreciated...

Ok thank u.. I can see how it may look shady... I have read that if my fiance was sending me money here to the US it looks as tho hes paying me off.. Thats not our case, i have sent him money to 9ja before he began work cuz I did not like the sacrifices he was making.. To clear up confusion, in 9ja gifts are fine, western union is not.i'm sure others will chime in.your I-134 will show ur capability of support.what i've read on here suggests that monetary Support ,looks like a transaction .As in ,u or the beneficary is paying for this process and this is not a bonafide relationship.I may be wrong but our resident 9ja vj advisors will know. On the ds156 ,i got this information from the interview prep packet lagos sends after they received our petition from Nvc.pls forgive my typos,i'm on my phone.Best of luck!

2 copies of DS156 (signed ) and 1 copy of DS56K (unsigned ) is taken to interview in lagos.

Medicals- There are two approved clinics, The children's practice is better in my opinion from what i have seen. You will pay 12,000 initially on the day of your medical exam,After you sign in you are then sent to the bank (it is not too far from the clinic ) .The remainder to be paid is determined by shots or additional tests to take .Ie EKG . This will be paid at the clinic.

Tips for medical arrive early,eat beforehand,make a copy of his passport bio-data page to bring to medicals.Bring 3 Passport pics.
