There has been a recent processing action taken on your case.

    Receipt Number:

Application Type: CRI89, PETITION TO REMOVE CONDITIONS OF PERMANENT RESIDENT STATUS RECEIVED

Your Case Status: Card/ Document Production

If you do not receive your document, please contact our National Customer Service Center at 1-800-375-5283.

    Hi,

    Civilservant,

    Congratulations.....on your approval.

  2. When I registered online at USCIS web page for I-751 using RECEIPT NUMBER it has options next to you case for E-MAIL Alert and Mobile Alert. I selected "Y" for both options.

I did got an e-mail but never received a Text message on my mobile. The online status changed yesterday to reflect what statd in the e-mail. However e-nmail stated Card order and onine shows "New Card is being produced".

As I read other people comments hoepfully when they mail out the New Card it will show online Card Mailed..

Thanks so much for you reply .......CR1-PROCESS

  3. Found that e-mail from USCIS was sitting in the Junk email folder received on Friday (7/31/15) stating Card being ordered. No text mssg received on a cell phone. Today the online status shows the same status (Nothing was on the online till yesterday) . Nothing in the mail yet.

Finally long & stressful time over for us :joy:

How long will it take now to get the Permanent Resident card in the mail? Should we expect another update OR e-mail/mail OR just the Card in the mail?

    CR1-PROCESS

Congratulation on your approval. I have one question. How did you receive an email? Did you register on USCIS website or when you applied for I-751 application you mention your email address in your application?

  4. John531,

Check August 2014 cases, where two of the cases filled to VSC but transferred to CSC because of address change. So I believe if you move to Cali and submit address change, your case will be transferred. Good Luck

    Hey,

    Neil

    Thank for your advice.

How are you? I think you are on divorce waiver too. How's you case going on? Any decision on your case bro...

    Wish you a good luck........

  5. If you are not living there why would you change your address. I do not believe that it will make any difference in your processing. This is a question I am sure that many will want an answer to.

    \

I think it will help me out, since I am divorce, I don't want to wait to long. California processing time is faster than Vermont. So, I will save my time. Visa journey time line shows that California - 01/10/2015 while Vermont - 09/27/2014. I think it will make difference.

  6. Hello,

    To all,

I am I-751 divorce waiver march 2015 filer. I filed it from Vermont service center, from current timeline it seems that it will take another 8 months to get any decision on my case.

A). One of my cousin brother lives in California. Can I change my address for my i-751 application on his home address without being moving myself personally at California ?

    Or

    B) Do i have to be there in order to change my application address?

  7. I entered US on 17th April. My wife paid Green Card Fees on 3rd April.

#How much time it will take to have Green Card??

i went to Social Security Office After 5 days of entry, and he asked if u have work permit or not?? I dnt have any idea abt that bt i told yes i have. He went inside and checked, and told Yes u have.. I just took my Passport coz i gave all my documents on POE. I dnt know what other document they are asking in SSO.. And he told me to come after 10 days. After almost 12 days we went again and this time lady was there. She also asked same about Work Permit and documents. She also went inside and checked and came back and asked me my greencard. I told i have applied. She told me that bring your green card then only u can apply... I dnt know what kind of staffs they keep on such offices....

I received my green card within two weeks of arrival. They took my finger print and signature at POE. Once visited to SSO, I receive my SSN within 1 week of time. It shouldn't take so long.
