I search it online, OKC i.e OKLAHOMA CITY office rather then they send it to OKLAHOMA LOCATION (i-751) might be.

VSC is a ###### show right now, looks like dates regressed back to Feb 9, 2015. Folks who filed witn CSC can thank their lucky stars, almost everyone is getting approved well within 6 months.

I tried raising a service ticket but it didn't allow me saying i was within time frames even though their website says 6 months, so not sure what to do, will probably call them when i am past 7 months.

I think VSC is dead. NO movement at all. Which state you file your i-751 form?

Today I have received a letter from USCIS today stating that my request to Remove conditions has been APPROVED on 09/17/2015

That means that VSC is working already on March applications. I can't wait to see more approvals of VSC soon.

VJOLI from December receive message that her application is approved and card is produced. After our conversation, she did submit her case inquiry to VSC.

And after 20 hrs .i.e. today morning 7:30 am she receive message of approval.

Please initiate whatever require step to knock USCIS door

As I know, they don't change your status after you send them an inquiry. But I'm so glad I did. This morning I woke up at 7:30am to a text message that says "your case status has been changed". I went to my computer, half asleep, expecting anything from the approval to an interview notice. This is what my case status says right now:

On September 23, 2015, we ordered your new card for Receipt Number EAC00000000, and will mail it to the address you gave us. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address.

The funny thing is that it was 7:30am 23rd of September when they started to produce my card. Literally I sent an inquiry yesterday morning and 20 hours later they started to produce my card

I was just about to post the same message since I saw Sammyboy posted it in the January thread We still haven't heard anything, the case status says "The Case Was Received on December 15th 2014". Today I sent a case inquiry and hope to hear something in the next couple of weeks. How long does it usually take for them to reply?

Also I mentioned earlier that my name was misspelled on the NOA and I think maybe after they pulled our case out to change the name, they displaced it. Let me know guys if you have any thoughts on this.

Nevermind, got it in the post today. Everything they are asking for is what we already sent in the original package so they very clearly just lost it all. Which is exactly the same thing as what happened during our initial visa application... twice.

I am so over their incompetence.

What document they ask you specifically?

well, my NOA1 date is March 5.. since it says 6 months (that would be anything before March 17th), can I submit an inquiry now?

It's so puzzling.... Processing times for VCS changed back to "6 months". However, many of March VCS filers have already been waiting for longer. Does it mean that our cases will be transferred to California as well?

My thinking is little different. VSC move only January and February 2015 filers to CSC. VSC has still some pending case in November and December. I hope that once they complete Nov. and Dec. March is going to be next......

Because none of march filer get transfer letter yet.

This VSC worries me , why does it take so long ? No one seems to have been approved, and its already past 6 months. we were hoping to change our residence nov end , now looks like we have to stick around for longer. CSC seems to do it under 6 months.

I think VSC transfer all January and Febuary filers to CSC. They issue yesterday couple of December 2014 VJ filers. I hope march come soon under VSC tracking within 1 month or so.

January 2015 and Febuary VSC filers are move to CSC. I see yesterday couple of VJ filer get approval from December 2014.

My wifes Conditional Green Card expires on 10-04-2015. We have received the NOA1 for i751 which says that her visa is extended by a year. We are planning on travelling abroad in Dec 2015. My question is should we carry the NOA1 with us while travelling? Is anything else required?

Yes, you can ...but

It is better to get stamp on passport for travel as well. That will be much safer.
