I am in the same boat with an approval of march 29, 2013 and still nothing, i also recieved the same email the other day and all this waiting is getting very frustrating. I called USCIS twice in the last few days and they refused to transfer me to tier two. What is their problem lately and what is so difficult about sending a file out. I cant understand how some files are sent fron CSC within a few days and others go untouched for weeks or months. I just contacted my congressmans office today and i hope i get some news fairly quickly.

I do not agree with that statement about people with no RFEs get approved faster, please tell me where you got the information to get that kind of conclusion. My petition had no RFEs or any other issues and it took USCIS OVER ONE YEAR to approve. You can front load your petition all you want but that does not mean that you are going to get approved faster than anyone else.

Who ever feels that daca filers need preferential treatment after already being here for years illegally is not thinking straight. They can wait just like everyone else especially when everyone here doing things the legal way are being pushed to the side and forced to wait.

I hate to say this but calling immigration and asking them what day they are working on is absolute waste because they are most time lying. My interviewing agent used to be an operator and she said that everything they tell you is what they are told to tell you. Most times it is what ever gets you off the phone the fastest. I gave up calling them long ago because they can never tell me anything so I hired a lawyer that was able to get more information then what even a tier 2 agent would tell me.

It is really hard to say when someone can get approved. I hope that you recieve yours in short order but as for me USCIS has made me a very disgruntled person with all the ####### they have put my fiance and I through. I hope no one has to wait as long as I have for an NOA2 approval. Best of luck to you.

Mad is an understatement when you have bee waiting this long especially when you see people complaining at their four month mark. I just get infuriated when I see this and like you said no one seems to care or want to help. But I look at it this way I don't think you will get over 300 days so you should be very close. Most people I see waiting this long get approved around the 260-280 day mark. What makes me even more mad is that by time i see my fiance again its going to be a year and a half. Today's venting has been concluded

It is to funny how three of us on here sponsoring are loved ones from Brazil all have feb 16... it is truly a small world

As of january the united states and brazil entered an agreement to process visas faster. I will look for the link that talks about it but it is to help promote tourism in the US..
