October 2022 filer here!  Haven't been on VJ in years.  No interview scheduled yet.

So happy to update. Card was ordered to be produced today! WOOHOO!!!!!!!!!! Now to update my timeline. If someone else could update the big list thingy that would be appreciated

Anyone who got their green card in mail, can probably answer this question. Did you guys receive just the card or you received Form I551 and Form I 797-D.I had received a mail from USCIS two days after my case was approved.

This mail mentioned that I will receive my new permanent resident card, Form I-551(green card) and also mentioned that my card will include a mailer, Form I797D. But all I received was my card and a small booklet "Welcome to the United States". Am I missing something?

We got the same as you. I don't think you are missing anything.

At 2:00 today (June 10th) we got an email updating our status to: Card/Document Production!!!! We're approved!

I hope everyone still waiting hears very soon!

I'm really hoping to hear something soon. My DH (the PR) leaves for a 2 month contract out of San Juan, PR on Saturday. I really don't want to have to deal with a RFE while he's gone ...if only for therapy as I b*tch about this process. If we do get called for an interview, I hope we can reschedule...or he'll just have to come back early.

I can't help but check daily now that January approvals are coming in. No real urgency but I want to stop worrying about the dreaded RFE.

Yeah, some have sent a mountain of evidence and still received a RFE and others sent very little and got approved. There is no consistancy with this process....which is why we are all nervous nellies until we receive the approval.

The first January approval! I'm excited and nervous. I'm not sure I sent enough this time.... I'll find out soon enough.

Got the biometrics appointment letter in the mail for 18 Feb 2015!

Yay!! We got ours today too! Feb 19th.

It seems the CSC has stalled out on biometric appointment letters too. The first ones came out pretty quick and then nothing for a couple weeks.

Hello Mam/Sir, im also going to apply next week but i cant find anywhere here info..how much fee is for the ROC? and did you get any sample or have affidavit of 2 disinterested person (not sure if that's the term)

We are hoping we'll be next for biometric but no letter yet. I never checked mailbox so often until now lol

Our NOA1 arrived today with a receipt date of 1/13. That was fast!

Guess living only 20 miles from the Service Center helps? LOL

I'm kind of annoyed because we had our I-130 approved with no evidence. It feels really intrusive and I really don't like it.

Intrusive is a good word for it. I was okay with all the personal/relationship stuff, but all the financial stuff bothered me. To show co-mingled finances and beneficiary evidence means showing all your financial data. I felt like I was buying a house again.

K-1, AOS and now ROC....guess I'm over it. LOL

They took the money out of my account already! I should be getting NOA soon, I suspect.

My husband has been working off shore this month so we had to time the filing so the biometrics appointment wasn't scheduled too soon. He'll be home on Feb 1st, so we should be okay.

Our package is done and will be going out tomorrow! Tomorrow is our 2 year Wedding anniversary....should be good luck ;-)

Anyone else annoyed by this process this time around?? For some reason it bothered me this time to be sending so much personal stuff again. Oh well, much less stress this time around since we're not waiting to be together. I'm just glad to have the package done.
