I disagree. If u get an info pass they will probably issue another oath letter at the spot. Only if u show them proof u were at the hospital that day. Just make an infopass and good luck

They said that they will schedule me on the next one which will be on the 18. But I haven't received the letter yet .

I've been on queu for oath ceremony since June 25. I still on queu. It's is that normal. And I requested a name changed.

In the interview letter I received, they say you shouldn't arrive any earlier than 30' before the appt time. The interview itself usually takes about 20' or so, but the waiting time can be long depends on how busy the officers are that day.

Well remember even though u have some criminal background. As long as u not convicted of any felonies. U could still be approved. Just bring the court paper and don't lie. Tell them exactly what happen. And I dt think u need to bring all 5 years. Cuz IRS can only give the tax transcript from 2008 . Food luck and come back share ur experience

U can always make an info pass to get the right information. I know people on visa journey give good advise. In this case if I were u I woul make an info pass and speak directly to an io. U might have or u might not have to get the green card. U have to let uscis know ur green card got stolen. This is something very important.
