    Yeah we have gone over all of the questions he asked him and he answered all of them except the name of my job, but he told him exactly what I do there. Another thing is that he couldn't find the receipt from my ring and he told me the guys body language changed when he told him that he didn't have the receipt. And he also couldn't tell him how many times I have been to Morocco.

    I have visited him twice and I am on my way again in two weeks. The reason he asked how many times I have been to Morocco is because my fathers family is from morocco. And I have gone almost every summer from when I was five. It sucks that he asked him that question because I wouldn't be able to answer that question without counting my passport stamps.

    We talk just about every day for the last three years using msn messenger and on the weekends we skype chat, we were able to take about half of the chat messages because the other half didnt save in the computer, because before this process I had never thought to save my chat history. He took the chat history that we could get, the skype history, pictures, and copies of my passport stamps along with copies of my ticket for flying.

    I think our age might have had something to do with it because we are both young he is 22 and I am 21.

    did you include passport stamps, trip itineraries, or copies of boarding passes with the original submission?

    And often Fridays.

    acutally I put passport stamps and only 15 Pictures...

    Now I just got done with the RFE paperwork I did all 3 Itineraries with all my flights I took, I included 2 of the actual receipts. I put 12 new pictures of us around town and in front of popular places in Morocco. I put a hotel receipt and my original boarding passes I have around here...

    It should be enough I dont have anything else :lol:

    Funny thing I noticed there are about 10-12 petitions after me that were feb 24th too! and all got RFE'd the same day? :wow: Coincidence I dont think so, But I'm happy it will be there around Tuesday Morning, Taking it to the Post office for NEXT DAY OR EVEN SAME DAY EXPEDITED!

    Hello! We got our NOA2 on July 12th still no case number yet. I have a lot of questions on my mind right now and one of them is my fiance income are only few hundred dollars above poverty line ( total gross income) do you think it will be a problem later at US embassy when I show them the I134 affidavit support and when do AOS ?

    Ahhh this is a hit or miss... It really depends on how your embassy looks at your case for your I-129F... AOS I have no idea about, but I am sure someone can help you out!

    Oops so sorry for that Ouarda! Did you got the RFE letter already? Stay strong dear at least you hear something from your case though its an RFE :)

    Lol :lol: I wish I can do that too for CSC or NVC. My fiance contacted NVC yesterday but our case has not been entered into the system yet. They told him to wait 3 or 4 days due to the overwhelming volume of applicants. Nothing else to do than waiting again... sigh

    Nope just got the text on my phone and email, i will wait for it maybe friday! I will let everyone know what it is for dont you worry!!

    My attorney says that if they register an action, like an RFE, or NOA2, then the "clock" they are measured by resets. She said also that CSC is notorious for issuing a bogus RFE just to reset this "clock" or whatever it is (her words exactly). This is why she wasn't sure if we were ready to do a service inquiry on ours or not. We decided to wait until July 23 (my b-day) then ask her to do the inquiry.y as we are both ready to move on. Been more than a year now since we started this process, with the first petition being denied.

    Blah!! I hate it but Im happy to hear about the turnaround time!

    Oh wow I never knew about this. A bogus RFE or NOA2 to reset their clock? and it only happen on CSC?

    May I know why your first petition being denied?

    You know I checked the petetion after mine and they got the RFE bug too!?!!? ####### STUPID CSC LOL

    don't worry i got rfe too(i forgot to check NO for criminal background)...on july 11 it was posted in USCIS website then i got my hard copy sat, july 14 then i mail it yesterday july 16 i used express mail w/waiver so no signature required to avoid delay due to PO box address..i check USPS tracking today. CSC got my mail today 10:34am pacific time(i live few miles away from CSC)...so i'm just waiting for the CSC to approved my case :dance:

    just be patience.....if you see a BLUE love letter in your mail that's your RFE lol goodluck

    Thank you!!! I will look for it! if I have lived so close I would of hand delivered that letter and just watch them process it in front of my eyes till they hand me my noa2 :rofl: :rofl:

    But once you address the RFE it will just be an extra 2 to 3 weeks and you will be set.

    Awww sorry to hear abt that...i know i felt like crying wen i heard we got RFE but it took 10 wrkng days after we sent wat they needed for d approval...hoping u get urs quicker than ours...good luck

    Thank you guys soooo much!! This makes me feel soooooo goood! I will be prepared to send this bad boy right away so we can get our case going! :thumbs:

    Oh I am seriously freaked out now... my fiancé just called me to tell me that one of his coworkers died over the weekend and there are grief councillors at work and everything... the freaky part is that this coworker was also going through the visa process, and he has a fiancee in Canada too. That is seriously one of my biggest fears. I wish I could reach out to this lady :(

    wow this is also my worst fear :crying: ...
