    Have you had to obtain criminal records? If yes, are you currently residing in the same city that you were born? If no, please answer this question. How did you obtain criminal court record (Casiar Judiciare) from place of residence? My husband is being told that because he was born in Meknes, he has to go there to obtain Casiar Judiciare (He currently residdes in Fes). Is there another way of getting this document from the place of residence. If yes, where would he go?

    The police in Fes told him he had to go to Meknes and the translator stated we have the correct criminal documents but NVC is requesting the Casier Judiciare, even though we submitted it.

    Helloooo everyone and hope to find u all well :D Imad's interview in Casa was this morning. He called me at 8:05am to tell me he got approved!!! He couldn't give me details yet but he will this evening when he comes on skype. He goes Wednesday to pick up his visa. SOOOOOOOOO happy right now. I cried and laughed at the same time I was excited.. Good luck to everyone else with upcoming interviews and just be yourself and relax while your there. :thumbs: :thumbs: :thumbs:

    Appeal Process I-130

    We are not sure what to do next, they denied our I-130 ... I have started to write a statement to address the issues " Proof of a Bona Fide marriage" My question is how do we respond to this on the appeal form EOIR questions? #2 on appeal specify reasons for appeal then it says Warning: If the factual or legal basis for appeal is not sufficienty described, the appeal may be summarily dismissed. Would my statement be to address this part on the form? #3 Do you desire oral argument before the BIA? If I answer yes would that be at my local INS office? #4 Do you intend to file a separate brief or statement after filing this notice of appeal? Does this mean I would send my statement at that time? If any one has been through this ur input would be greatly apprecated.

    Sorry to hear about this but I would highly suggest that you need to get yourself a lawyer because I believe when you had your RFE you didnt send enough...

    I had a RFE and sent orignal plane boarding passes, hotel confirmations and some more pictures, can you please fill us in on your story about the RFE and what you sent with it.

    Hello VJ..

    Well, we had the interview only to have my man turned away with NO ANSWER!!!! The Moroccan U.S. Consulate in Casablanca spent 30 minutes with him and then handed him his passport and said he would be contacted. That is it. I know the outcome is unpredictable. But the endless wait is torturous. Does anyone have any positive stories to share after this scenario? I have contacted my congresswoman and will also contact the Consulate itself after a week or so. There was no indication of flaws in my fiance's performance. I just do not understand!

    Any feedback would be appreciated.

    Hello VJ and hope everyone is well. I may have a problem and I am asking for everyone's help. My friend offered to sponsor my fiance because I don't make enough. The problem is she only makes aprox about $18,096. That doesn't include any overtime or holiday and also we get quarterly bonuses. So it would be a bit more with that included. She also has $5000 in her savings account plus a small amount in her stock, maybe $300 she said. Will they accept that and what would it equal too?? I know assets are counted differently but how do they count on savings accounts?? I am just wondering if I should try to beg someone else to do it or if they will accept her. His interview is Oct 15th and I really need to send it out very very soon. Thank you for any answers u can give me.

    So I emailed my Consulate in Casablanca Morocco and They keep saying they haven't received my case.. So I called the NVC 3 times since and they keep insisting it was sent out at the date in my signature.

    What can I do to track this because its not popping up in DHL and I am getting worried it is lost!

    Hello fellow VJR's Hope everyone is doing well. I called NVC this morning because it made 2 weeks today for Imad's approval on the I-129F. I talked with a very nice lady and because I was so nervous I didn't catch much from her besides our case # and she said they received it last week. I think she said they were still looking at it and they will email me when it is sent to Casa. I THINK she said email... lol Anyway, now I feel like a dork cause I have a case number and have no idea what to do with it. Is there anywhere I can check on the case with this number or do I have to wait for it to go to Casa consulate before knowing anything more?? Once again thank you for any answers you can provide and sorry for being a nervous dork :help: :help:

    I believe they either sent yours or mine out yesterday.... Waybill: 9454480405 on DHL, its on DHL right now...

    im going to email them in CASA with my case number to see if my Fiance can pick up her packet instead of mail because she is in Agadir instead of Marrakech!

    This topic just came up in the UK forum too! Apparently they keep changing their reference numbers and how they are set up. Go to dhl.com, click on express, then tracking. On the right side of the screen, you'll see "track by shipper's reference". Click on that. Then, under "shipper's reference", type EXP 01 AUG2012A. You can change the date accordingly. Keep in mind, the NVC has to set up their shipments, so you would look at the 7th if you thought they sent it on the 8th. You can also change the date range, and if you put in the country, it'll narrow down the results so you'll actually be able to see your package if it went out already. I see a package that left the NVC on Wednesday for Casablanca with waybill number 9454480405. Maybe this is yours, Ouarda!!
