"Card production" .. After 11 months and 3 weeks from mailing .. 2 days after my son's wedding which I couldn't attend due to limbo of my case.. I am happy but I cry too ..

Glad to see someone else that shares my view.
Waiting 5 months to get an RFE or decision is ridiculous.
Last time I brought this up I was shouted down and told that I should be grateful.
