    What is a Consular Report of Birth Abroad?

    If your child is under 18, was born outside of the United States, and qualifies for U.S. citizenship, your child can be issued a Consular Report of Birth Abroad. Consular Reports of Birth Abroad serve as proof of U.S. citizenship.

    Consular Reports of Birth Abroad cannot be used to travel. If your child will travel you should also apply for a U.S. passport

    Children born to an American citizen married to a non-American citizen: The child is a U.S. citizen if his/her U.S. citizen parent was physically present in the United States for at least five years before his/her birth. Two of the five years must have been after the U.S. citizen parent’s 14th birthday

  4. No ... It hasn't change it's still at testing and interview.. The interview was at 2:15 today,,,, I feel so so lost ,,,, to the point I just told my wife to move back to my country with 'me... I don't know why I have to prove my marriage to anyone... Their not my care taker or anyone of such cert...

    I know the feeling I was in your shoes last week! Just let a few days go by and see what happens! Don't worry! I know you will be approved! You submitted the dispositions and you didn't lie about the arrest so you will be fine! My status didn't update until 2 days after our interview!!! Sending lots of prayers your way! Oh and George don't pack up and leave just let....bc you will be approved
