    I feel depress for you..... Immigration treats people like #######... Little that they know America was found and built on immigrants... It's a shame what They say on a federal note "money" IN GOD WE TRUST.... God made this world for his children wether good or bad.... He never said you need an ID or any sort of paper to move or live place to another... Shame

    Yeah good news is my I-102 is on an adjudicators desk n short be approve in a couple days to a week! According to a higher level supervisor! Whew

    Recieved approval of I-130 which is good! I guess

    So sorry to hear this. Was really hoping you'd come back with all smiles. Seems like that particular IO definitely had a bad night and a worse morning. Do you think you can get it before Friday?

    I was sure all would be fine! I am on the phone with uscis right now because I feel like I wasnt treated fairly and I'm seeing if they can approve the petition by Friday! I cannot understand why a us issued visa isn't enough I cannot understand why the original passport with stamps n visa isn't valid alone with receipt notice for I-102 applied for in January! Nearly 6 months ago! I cannot believe she threathen to deny us!

    Ugh what can I say! It went terrible! She accused us of lying about the I-94 after showing the recipet she said she believes that he wasn't admitted legally. And she said that u had till Friday to prove otherwise because passport and stamp weren't enough! 1-485 is being held she said I should expect a denial in 10 days and in 90 days deportation! I don't know wat to do! Apparently Colombia is high fraud especially during the 90s. Husband is upset as me too! I just cried when she told me that! She didn't ask for any docs only about the I-94 and no pictures either

    Patients my friend, i can sense you'll be approve

    Thnk you we are scared bc we don't have an I-94 we applied for replacement but it hasn't come yet! I am sooooooooooooooooooo scared this will throw us into another interview! Please I went this morning to print the pictures and neither Walmart or Walgreens photo doesn't open till 8am! Ugh soooooooooooooooooooo worried! So I have pictures on a flah drive

    If you have health insurance card also with your names on them with same policy number that will be good ... Also any junk mail with your name showing address and his name showing same address.. What time is your interview?

    Yes check books are okay as so long both your names on it with your address

    It's at 10 am and health insurance I cannot add him bc open enrollment isn't until July 1st!

    I have the old ones from previous job with names on it! I'm bring them to show that we did have insurance! And I'm bringing the open enrollment forms from this job I work at! Check books do have both names and same address! Junk mail we strad! There's no reason to keep it!

    -USC birth Cerfticate

    --Husband's Colombian birth certificate orginal and translated

    --Canceled Checks with memo rent on them( to prove we live at the address)(both names on check)

    --Joint Checking accounts(wells fargo and chase) (bring statements and Checkbooks)

    --Marriage Certificate

    ---2 pay stubs

    --2008-2011 Tax returns and W2

    ---Husbands EAD

    ---Husbands Passport( as he doesnt have a state id just yet)

    ---Husbands SSN

    ----USC Drivers License

    ----USC Passport

    ---USC SSN

    --- 3-6 pictures( only 2 have him in it with my family ,1 from wedding and 2 with me and his family when i went to colombia)

    ---United Airline Ticket( from my grandmothers funeral)

    ---Travel Print outs from my trips to colombia to meet the family

    ( i am considering bring my in laws alone with us as living proof)

    IF YOU CAN THINK OF ANYTHING PLEASE DONT HESITATE TO TELL ME. IM IN A PANIC

    happy birthday too you. Feliz Cumple!! I am so sorry that this happened.From what you said it doesnt makes sense if he was singing a different tune earlier. I know it hurts and you feel let down but hunny there are more fish in the sea and its his lost not yours. he doesnt deserve you! keep you head up and dont give up on love just yet. take time for yourself and think about what you want for yourself and your life then go after it. Once again I am sorry your journey ended like this but its better it ended before he could have came her and used you. good luck suerte. and I am here for you if you need to talk.

    Hey guys, im so nervous.... but I just want it to get it done, ya know....

    One thing: the focus of the interview is on the USC or on the immigrant?

    I dont know if I should take care of the papers( cos i know every single thing about the process) or should my hubby USC take care of that? The thing is he is not as involved as I am, and I am the one who been in this website researching and reading and he even says I should tr to go get a job as an immigration lawyer... :yes:

    The thing that bothers me and worries me is the fact that he is not nervous at all, he say we have nothing to prove, and that im crazy and he blame the visa journey for making me obssessed... im just scared he is not paying the amount of attenttion we need...

    Our interview is tuesday and today I asked him just joking, asking him questions, when is my birthday, he say: October?

    my bday is in FEb, and Im freaking out, I cried so hard after that! hubby is driving me nuts!

    I hope im right and im just overobssessed!

    Ours is Tuesday in Newark! I am nervous and I have been having horrific night mares about the interview to the point that I haven't been able to sleep!im scared bc my landlord has yet to give us a lease or anything all I have are bills I will post my list of wht I'm taking once I am home! :(

    so after i was approved on april 3 2012 i had to make like millions of phone calls since i was under administrative processing. it was a crazy almost 3 months but we finally received the passport now i need help how many days does he have to come come to the usa?
