  1. Dear VJ'ers:

We received our NOA2 on May 14. We patiently waited for 15 days before calling the NVC but they haven't receive our case. I sent an email to NVC inquiring our case and received their response after 5 days. They asked me to attached a copy of our I-797 and I did it right a way. My fiance sent a message to NVC as well but they did not reply to him even after 7days even he included a copy of I-797. After a week, we called again but still, have no record of our case that's why we waited again for another week before calling (our 4th week), very unfortunately the NVC still has no records of it. According to them, the NVC will investigate what's going on.

When we called the USCIS on the same day to ask whether they really send it to NVC, the CSR did not even check our receipt no. to their system and just said that they send it already.

Aside from what we are doing and waiting, what else can we do to get a positive response from both departments.

I really pray that our case was not sent to NRC.

Thank you very much and God bless us all in our journey.

  2. Good day everyone.

We received our NOA2 last May 14 as i said on my previous posts. We called the NVC after 15 days but they said that they still don't receive our case that's why we called them again after a week. When my fiance called again, the CSR told him that our case is still not on the system that's why I sent an email to NVC last Monday, eastern time to ask about our case number but since then, I haven't receive any response. I included all the required security information in that email but i feel sad because they still have no response to my inquiry.

  3. Hi Guys, I'm here again. I just want to ask if it's okay to call the NVC after 15 days of receiving NOA2 even if it was stated there that we should call after a month. We are just anxious that if we call them too early, more delays will happen to our case. Thank You and God bless.

  4. Just curious if there are others whose fiancee took the X-Ray at Saint Lukes for their medical and got thier results the same day as the X-Ray or on Day 2. I am more interested in those whose fiancee had TB show up in the X-Ray. Were they told the same day of the X-Ray or the following day after completing the medical exam. My fiancee just finished Day 1 of the medical and had her X-Ray, but was never told anything. SHe had an X-Ray done a year ago and it was negative for TB. I guess I just don't want anything to get in our way as she has her interview at the Embassy on June 4th. Thanks.

good evening. This is the link: http://www.slec.ph/us-visa-applicants.shtml#flowchart It's about the medical exam procedure that every K1 visa applicant will undertake at St. Luke's extension clinic. I hope this will help you. God bless.;)

  5. I started calling after 3 daysand continued everyday. THey will give you the 15 business day (3 weeks) speech. The second week I called 3 times a day. 2 weeks from my NOA2 I receive the case number the second ti,e I called. They process your petition at the NVC anytime during the work hours so keep trying. Once you receive the case # have your fiancee pay her VISA fee and then within 4-24 hours you can schedule your interview online. She can actually pay it now at BPI and it is good for 1 year. All she needs is her passport. THat ie how it is identified in the system. Good Luck.

thank you very much for your info.:)
