Hello Darnell, is it necessary for the joint-sponsor to be living in the same state where the petitioner lives? knowing the joint-sponsor has always lived in same state (california) until recently he moved to oregon, we're through 221(g)~~ IR-1, Casablanca Morocco. Thanks so much
