    Hello, Everyone! Is there anyone out here, that knows anything about my question about not receiving any email, text or NOA for my I-485? We sent a concurrent filings on I-130, I-485 and I-765, as of now I have the NOA's for the I-130 and I-765 and also an appointment for biometrics, but still no notice on I-485, do I have to worry about this? Thanks to all who would reply.

    I sent my I-129F package yesterday June 10, 2015 and as far as I know every needed document was included in the package, I also included a cover letter BUT i forgot to sign the cover letter! Do you guys think that would be a problem? By the way the package has been delivered already :|

      Cover letter is not even a requirement. You should be fine.

      You pay it online via ELIS at the USCIS website once he receives the visa, before flying to the US.

      Yes, so the GC will be delivered there. Have him write the address on a piece of paper so the IO will only have to copy it.

      Its simple. Beneficiary hands over the passport and visa packet to the immigration officer at POE. They will ask him a couple of questions, take his photo and fingerprints.

    Hello i am new here, My dad is a US Citizen and we filed a I130 for me and that was approved, but also I recently got engaged and planning on being married. My fiance filed for a K1 visa for me and we are awaiting approval, we filed in late April 2014, would my I130 effect that?

      The K1 will get you in the US faster. It won't affect the i130 for now but once you get married and receive your GC, your dad can have the option to cancel the i130.

      they will not send you AOS. check your CEAC. if the AOS fee is already available, pay it, print the AOS barcoded cover sheet then mail it together with the AOS forms and documents

      Nagpaturo ako sa driving instructor talaga. Wala siyang school, parang personal business lang nya yun. Maganda yung car niya kasi dalawa yung set ng gas/brakes kagaya rin nung mga car sa driving schools. Good luck!
