How long do you guys think I have to wait until being scheduled?
I was put in line on November 12 after waiting 41 days already from my fringerprint appointment on october 2.
My 5 year date is december 11.
miss, plz be patient. i was put in line before u and i know that i have to wait a long time ( at least 1-2 months ). So you r in a good shape right now. Just do something else to take your mind out of this situation. There is notbing we can do.

Im being impatient.. I am still not put in line for interview and I had my FP on october 2... if FP is not cleared, when will you be informed to retake bio?
i got my FP done on the 26th last month and still have not heard anything yet. You should not be worry too much.

i barely see any FL filer from April to August forum, but i still haven't put in line or received my interview letter yet. Cant wait to be done w/ USCIS .

i understand that i need to bring my passport to the interview . But i lost my old passport which showed date of my old vaction outside the US. What should i do in this case ???

i saw in AugustFilers that they just added another column " InLineInterview " in the list . I think its a great idea so people can have better understanding when they should expect to receive "in line interview" msg from uscis

Wow, I am an Aug filer, I was worried about Tampa office as I saw in other blogs that it took longer time than average! and it was in 2012!
I hope this is true, i'm still waiting on my interview letter.
i do hope that tampa office will speed up the processing time too cuz i do go there for the interview . I should have gotten my passport by now but if i have filed my application in april lolz

the lady at the local office where i went for fingerprint told that USCIS may speed up the processing time because of the incoming election. She also told me that one of the filer came back and showed her passport and everything after 6 weeks from the fingerprint appointment day. I hope that all the Sept filers will get their passport before the election or before Christmas.

NOA received! Oddly enough the Notice Date is before the date the check was cashed. Also, according to USCIS website, the appointment notice for the fingerprints was mailed today! We are very excited and extremely anxious!

i haven't received anything since the approval notice. my status on the web didn't change either! almost 2 weeks
just chill mate. Take at least 2 weeks to receive ur gc. Mine will be here tomorrow.
p.s , u can stop checking ur case online. They wont change.

I just called them and received a tracking # for my GC. expecting to have it in few days. Good luck to the rest.

i just called a uscis today because my first name on the approval notice was incorrect. it only spell my 1st letter of my first name instead of the entire first name. When i called them, they asked for my receipt number and said my case was actually not approved(still spending). Then i told them that i really just got these letters in the mail today. They asked me what is in the letter, so i read it out loud that it said "congratulations, ...your condition has been removed and you are legally permanent resident form the date...." THen they said so you are talking about an approval case, they asked for my information such as address, phone number, my alien number.... and they gave me a request number and told me that if i dont hear anyting in 15 days then give them a call. i asked them like so my case is actually approved? they just said like just do as your notice says! What do they mean by it? am i really get approved or not? i am so worry right now !
ask for 2nd lvl officer, they can look into ur case. 1st lvl only read wat it is onl as we can do at home. U r approved . Just sit back and wait for the card.

i just got a card production email fr their website today. Took exactly 2 weeks fr the approved date for them to change my case status. As long as u have the approval letter, u r good.

hey there i went to my local USCIS today to get a stamp in my passport and that lady was nice enough to look up my case status without my request and said " i am too lucky girl" cuz my case has approved on april 20th! However, i have not received any approval letter in mail till now.
Anyone know when the letter will be sent after approval?the letter usually takes a week to be delivered . I got my approval letter fr my local office in Miami last week too. Congrats.
