hello all, im trying to complete form I-130 for my parent. But i got stuck at number 17, Part C : Information about your relative . As my understading , my name should be on the list of " spouse and children of your relative ". However, i got a name change when i became citizen . So which name should i put in that list ? my old name or my new name ?
my second question is Can i send all my parents forms and stuff in the same package with 1 check or do i need to seperate them into 2 packages ?
P/s: i tried to call 1800 number of USCIS but they can not give me an answer for it.

So for now, i just need to send 3 forms for my sister and my parents. Then when it get sent to NVC, they will tell me to submit I-864 later. this law is so stupid those. They should let my sister to come here with my parents. She will be the only one left in vn and nobody will take care of her since she is 20 yrs old and still in school/ I think this law need to be changed. Thanks for all your replies guys.

So i will have my aunt who is single mom and has a 6 yr-old daughter, to co-sponsor my parents and my sister. I just dont know how much she needs to make last year to sponsor for my parents and my sister ???? if her income is 50,000 , would it be enough ? thanks for taking your time to reply me back

Hey Guys,
I had my interview on Dec 13th and I got the recommendation letter that I was passed and my applicaiton was put on the queue for oath ceremony schedule. It's been 2 months now and I haven't received a letter. I tried to call them and custmer service folks says that it can take anywere around 3-4 months to receive a letter. It's strange. I think may be Tallahassee is a very small place and they have to wait for more people to gather up for ceremony.
Please advise.
Thanks
i had my interview in Tampa back in January and still waiting for judicial oath letter .

thx for replying . I will come to my local office ( which isn't the one i got my interview ) this coming wednesday to ask for it. Because i did ask for my name changed at the interview so i have to take my oath ceremony at the court . Some1 for other forum said that i could ask them to change my name again right before the court time . I wonder if it is possible ?

However, in the check list paper, they ask for my wife's naturalization certificate ( which i did sent a copy w/ my applicaition ) and we can't find it anywhere in the house .
