There is clearly a slowdown or problem with IOE filers. Is there anyway to get an answer or we just sit and wait?

In my online ELIS system the only thing it shows are my account acceptance and appointment scheduled for biometrics and so I have not clicked on them because we already had the biometrics. I clicked on them today and saw a red highlighted section that says 'additional information from part 12 can be found under the case uploaded evidence section in the n400 additional responses.pdf document'. When I click on the evidence uploaded section, there are two parts--one that I would upload in support of an RFE and another called 'case uploaded evidence' that was done the day they accepted my application in may. It is a .tif file and I tried to open it but the system has a technical issue. Does anyone else have those uploaded files?

Also, for the few of you who got the 'inline for an interview' notification--how did you receive it email, or mail? What does it say on the notification?

Has anybody noticed a lack of activity in the month of July from biometrics to inline for interview? It appears that has come to a screeching halt -- or a trickle. Is it possible the new application is causing problems? My receipt number when using the new application begins with IOE -- I do not think anyone with this receipt number is being processed. Has there been any communication about this?

I used the new ELIS system and under 'links' I selected 'email us for help'. I let them know nothing has happened for 8 weeks and asked about the new application seemingly slower than previous processing. I received the following reply which basically tells me nothing, any ideas?

Your application information has been entered into the system which schedules applicants for interviews at their local Field Office. Interview appointments are scheduled as slots become available at the Field Office. Once you have been scheduled for an appointment, you will receive an Interview Appointment Notice to appear at a certain date and time at your local Field Office. You must take the Interview Appointment Notice and photo ID to your appointment. Please review the Interview Appointment Notice for any other requirements.

Once you have been scheduled, you may view and print a copy of your Interview Appointment Notice within your USCIS online filing system account. After you log in to your USCIS online filing system account, access the Home Tab to find the "Recent Notices" field to view or print your official appointment notice from USCIS.

If you did not receive a copy of your USCIS case receipt notice and would like a copy for your records, you may view and print a copy of your USCIS Case Receipt Notice within your USCIS online filing system account. Did you use the new application and get an IOExxx receipt number? Something is causing the scheduling to slow down dramatically. I have an IOE receipt number, today is 8 weeks since biometircs and there has been zero notifications or movement.

I am a May filer and we identified that nobody who used the new application and therefore received an IOExxx number have not had any movement after biometrics. None of the IOE folks have been scheduled for inline for interview. Is it the same with the April filers?

I am an IOE and did biometrics May 27th and i have not receivced any communication since that time.

Does that mean we used the new application?

We have had multiple background checks and never had any problem plus my wife has never done anyting wrong so it is curious it is taking longer for her when other people zip right through.

So is the delay from biometric to inline for interview from the field office? i know the fingerprints are sent to the FBI but that process shouldnt take long so where is the holdup normally?

How does uscis inform you of being inline for interview? Text and email, ELIS, us mail?

The only other Manchester field office received inline 5 weeks after her biometrics. Tomorrow is 7 weeks for us.

Is there anything we can do? Or just normal wait?

Is there a standard time of day when the uscis sends the text/email update or updates the ELIS? I do not want to keep logging in all day if there is a computer system that releases them all at once at a certain time.

When i signed up for the website access (myaccount.uscis.dhs) to see the case progress, i was able to see the NOA prior to it being mailed. A scanned copy showed up in advance of it arriving in the mailbox--which is good becasue my post office person sometimes misdelivers letters.

There was a link on the page that said 'click here to preview new features' or something similar and i clicked that link. It then took me away from being able to see the former website and kept directing me to a newsite that had information but no way to check status or see the case progress. I called the number on the form and they gave me this fix:

In the box where the 'myuscis' webaddress is, add the following: /account/link

When i did that, it brought me back to the view i wanted. Does this help?

Biometrics complee at the Manchester, NH Field Office. We arrived 40 minutes early and were the only car in the parking lot. Breezed through the metal detector and to the fingerprint desk and were again the only people in the room. Filled out the single page form and turned it in. Within five minutes the fingerprints were complete and we were headed out--thank you Manchester. Nice, helpful staff/security and a clean building. I noticed an oath auditorium and asked how often they do the oath ceremony and they said there are three sites in town and each site performs one oath ceremony each month. So after passing the interview (positive thoughts) it should be fairly short order to get into an oath ceremony. Good luck everyone!!

When i was first given an ID for myuscis, i created an account and was able to see the status of our case. I saw the biometric appointment before it arrived in the mailbox. Now when i logon to the myuscis, i see a page that is different and i cannot find the part that shows our case status. Am i the only one who doesnt knwo where to find the informations? It is a good website with information, but not my individual case status.

We received an NOA in the mail with a priority date of 5-2-16 and a receipt date of 5-5-16 telling us they set up an online account

We received an NOA today with a priority date of 5-3-16 and a receipt date of 5-3-16 showing my wifes birthday and address and asking for verification if different. it is accurate so i dont think we need to do anything.

Why two different receipt and priority dates?!!!!

My wife is studying for the test and I want to make sure we are doing everything that we should.

Sometimes I will ask for one of multiple answers so that is pretty straightforward. My question is with other questions that have multiple ways of saying the same thing. Does she need to say all three or just one? For example, what did the Declaration of Independence do? And who makes federal laws?

There are other questions with multiple answers that have more than one meaning, for example what is an amendment? What does the Constitution do?

Any guidance is welcomed.

If they received it I am sure it will be cashed soon--probably next week. It's probably just the weekend that slowed it down.

How did you mail it? I mailed mine usps overnight and they cashed mine already.

My wife's GC date is 5-7-2013. We were February filers for the 751 but moved states and needed to wait 90 days.

N-400 mailed 5-2-2016 and received by Dallas lock box in Lewisville (tracking signed for) 5-3-2016.
