Sounds good.. My fiancee is taking medical,this week. Hopefully ,he will be all wrapped up and finished by Friday and headed home on Sat. That gives us two weeks to address any issue that may arise,but we praying for a Good healthy report!

My fiancee has attented 3 farewell parties sending her off. Her work, her friends and family. They even roasted a lechon and a goat for her.
She will land in the US on October 5. My days as a single guy is now down to 5. But I am loving it

Sorry that this is happening.

I am a March 20, filer and I got my NOA2 on Tue 9/18. I must admit I did call and email almost everyday since mid August. The USCIS website had a 5 month processing time for K1. I was determined to know why my petition had not been approved and why the information online had not been updated to reflect the actual processing delays @ the VSC. The K1 visa date was changed to Feb 27, on Sep 13, finally!!!! The last time I called and asked for a supervisor was on Mon 9/17 and I got my approval text on Tue afternoon 9/18. My heart goes out to all of you because I know matters of the heart are never easy and waiting is very hard indeed. God willing, it will happen soon my dear.
One more thing, pay NO attention to SOME of these rude, miserable, UNhappy, "down right" mean folks who use this site. Knowledge is power and the purpose of this online community is to SHARE information and experiences throughout this process. If I can help you with anything more, please let me know.

Please don't try to take the wind out of other peoples sails!!!! The questions were very legit and were only trying to get info from other March Filers! Have a stiff drink or just go back to bed!!

How rude... Its nice for some to talk to people in like situations. Also I dont think you own this website to be telling anyone what to do ( come with reasonable query).

My fiancé's interview is October 10. He is nervous but he isn't showing it yet, we have been living together almost 2 years so I think he will get all the answers correct

Confidence confidence..... If he knows you very well, he needs to prove to them that he is in love with you by what and how he answers his questions. Again, It's not all about getting the right answer,....feelings, emotions, he has to show it all..... Goodluck

Speaking from first hand experience the is ABSOLUTELY NOT TRUE! I got pregnant ( unplanned) the last time I was with my fiance. I filed for him, and when I realized how long the process was taking and he wouldnt be able to come here to see the birth of our baby, I tried to expediate our request and I was denied. I have been waiting just like everyone else. My application was not sped up in anyway shape or form. I waited 6 months for my NOA2 and I have to go through the rest of the process like everyone else. I wish people would stop saying that cause I feel like some of the men who are trying to scam to get to America are impregnating women just to get a visa. Also when you have a baby that another person to add to your family size, which depending on the USC income may hurt you when you have to send in the financial information cause now your a family of 3 instead of 2. Also I was faced with the reality that this process could take another year if something bad happened which means thats time my child is missing being with her father 1 trip a year isn't enough, plus with a child you cant be free to travel as before cause you have to work as much as possible to provide. AGAIN PLEASE DO NOT LISTEN THAT FOOLISHNESS!

ok but I thought waiting meant that he gets it then sends it back to the Embassy... Even if he downloads and fills them out.. He still needs to wait till he gets package 3 with the info and then send it back..right? I mean if he fills out the forms and sends them in with out being asked, will it go to the right department and then we get interview date .. or will they be just out there in limbo.. ok I'm confused

First thanks for sharing such raw details of your personal life so that we may support you and help. First, you gave enough reason for anyone to walk away with out any guilt. It seems you made up your mind with lots of help from him. Your marriage can be salvage through therapy and commitment but I feel you sometimes a person know when to fold and walk away. You mention you have a child. A young child. I feel this would be a toxic situation for your child to have to go through. Children may not know how to verbalize whats going on ,but they see and feel it all. Plus they need to know Moma will always provide a loving and sercure home for them. Finally, be patieint and true to your intuition and emotions.. You only have one life, don't be guilted into anything. Pray and pay attention to how and when God answers.

Call me crazy but I say way to go!! So many times I here of women saying over and over, he brought me here and treats me bad, I can't leave because he has my papers, doesn't let me work so no money to get home, no home to go home to,and on and on. Listen I'm not going to judge you or the other people for posting the way they did. Bottom line you explain that you did not like his behavior, you explained your self, you even asked and went for proffessional help. You moved from that area to a new one and once the behavior started you once again express yourself. So you told him he has to leave. Kudos to you.. You didn't wait till it turned to mental or physical abuse, you knew exactly what you will and will not tolerate for your health, happiness and peace of mind. Does this means that this is the end of the story for you two?? Of course not. give it time, continue to talk long distance, and do what is healthy for you and him. Stay prayful, keep negative people out your business, maybe seek,elders from his home that can advice and help you both. I wish you the best. I wish you both the best. It's not over till you both decide it.. So hang in there..
