    3. Social Security Card
    4. State Driver's License
    3. Passport
    4. Two US passport Size Photo

    6. Tax transcript of last four years from IRS
    7. Employment Verification Letter from my Employer.
    8. I had two traffic tickets and both tickets were dismissed in court hearing.I had Case Dismissal order Letter from Court. ( I had not mentioned about this in N-400 form but I mentioned about it in interview)
    7. I had traveled out of US after I had done fingerprinting. I also took copy of my flight Itinerary.
    9. Photocopy of all items listed above.
    10. Civics question booklet to study while waiting for interview in Immigration office.
These are all Documents I took with me and IO was interested in my Selective Service Registration Card and Court Order. He said he does not need any other documents.
Referring to my court documents and copy Selective Services Registration Card,IO had told me that he is quite impressed with me because I came well prepared. He said that I made his job easy by bringing original and photocopy of these items.
Good luck on your N-400 Journey.

Greenivy, i am happy for your and we are all happy for your but try not to sound so egotistical... there are families here seperated for 7+ months just waiting for what you got in 19 days...

formywife got a reaction from NikLR in IR-1/CR-1 SPOUSE VISA PROCESS.
When you call USCIS Customer service number, ask the representative to transfer to 2nd level immigration officer ( tier 2 representative). Tier 2 have more access to your application. Customer service representative can see whatever you see on your screen.
If the case gets delayed, then call the senator or congressman's office and ask them that you need help regarding your wife's immigration process. They will get someone to help you.
Hope this helps and I can understand the lonelyness and pain of being seperated from legally married wife. Hold your patience, she will be here soon

formywife got a reaction from lierre in NVC Filers - September 2013
    VJ members,
Looks like NVC process has been changed from September 1, 2013. I went to travel.state.gov and found this information:

Department of State transitions to online immigrant visa application Starting September 1, 2013, all immigrant visa applicants will apply online using Form DS-260 (Application for Immigrant Visa and Alien Registration). Applicants will also choose their agent online using Form DS-261 (Choice of Address and Agent). Applicants will access both forms on the web at ceac.state.gov.

These forms replace the paper DS-230 and DS-3032. The National Visa Center (NVC) may instruct some applicants who previously submitted Form DS-230 to submit Form DS-260. Only Diversity Visa and Cuban Family Reunification Parole applicants will continue to use the paper forms. If you have questions or feedback about Forms DS-260 and DS-261, contact the NVC atnvcinquiry@state.gov or 603-334-0700. More information can be obtained from : http://travel.state..../news_4413.html Looks like everyone gonna file DS-261 instead of DS-3032 and DS-260 instead of DS-230 on Online. Looks like admins have to update the general info page of NVC process. Thanks

formywife got a reaction from wissenamek in How CSC is processing I-130 petition?
    Hello Everyone,
I have filed I-130 petition for my wife on February 2012 and our PD is Feb 20, 2012. I know some of the folks here whose PD is on Dec 2011 or even earlier than Dec 2011 are still waiting for their NOA2 while the folks whose PD is on June/July 2012 have already got their NOA2.
Congratulations to all of those who have got their NOA2 and I am so happy for those who have got their NOA2 because I am also on the same boat waiting for my wife to join me here. I can definitely understand the bitterness of long waiting and feeling of being separated from legally married lovely spouse.
So my question here is, why CSC is not processing I-130 petitions in the order ( in the order of date in which it was filed)? Seems like, it is pulling petition randomly from a big pool and processing it, why it is doing like that? I cannot call USCIS Customer Service because as of June 18 2013, CSC is processing I-130 petition for Spouse of LPR up to the date of Nov 15, 2011 only. I know if I call USCIS Customer Service they will say, your case is still under processing time.
I am feeling so helpless for my wife that its been 18 months of being married and she is still away from her home. My wife is holding her patience, she understands and she does not complain. But every time I see her eyes on Skype, I can understand her question but I don't have any answer for her, I feel so miserable. I am dying little by little everyday and I can't do anything except checking our status online and hold my patience saying tomorrow is another day.
Any thoughts or comments regarding this will be highly appreciated.
    Thank you

If you have any application pending at USCIS then call USCIS Customer service and update your address. Otherwise file the form AR-11. You can do that at :

formywife got a reaction from together4evr in Help !!! Noticed I-130 messed up after submitting application
    Hi All,
Looks like I have messed up I-130. I am LPR and I filed I-130 for my wife and I have noticed that, under "Information about your relative" column, on line 7 ( other Name used) I wrote N/A. I belive I should have written None. My wife was never married before and She used my surname after marriage. So in her name I have put my surname. I belive in line 7, I should have written her name before marriage. I wrote N/A even on line 11 ( Name of previous husband(s)/wive(s)) Am I right? Looks like now I am waiting for RFE rather than NOA2. If this is true then is there any way that I can call USCIS and tell these things? because they have not touched my I-130 yet.
Please help me, looks like I messed up. I have already waited for more than 9 months and if I get RFE rather than NOA2 then wait will be forever.
    Thanks
