Hi In my husband case its been 18 months. I cannot believe this. I hope everything will be ok soon.

Interviewed in London - my husband is a UK citizen - he just lived in MENA country for a while - senator made 2 inquiries into our case - just wrote to whitehouse & got a response from DOS - apparently the embassy requested documents recently but we never got a request - this is good now that there is some movement - *crossing fingers*

I feel your pain. Our cases as well as been in AP for 11 months, Oct 3 going on one year. (((

Thanks for your prayers. My hubby and his family are safe but so many others are not.

My case was under additional administrative processing for little over 2 years. I Filed writ on Mandamus in Mid July and today I got my IR-1 visa. Please don't take me wrong, but if you can afford 4,k $ than contact good attorney and file litigation without and further delay and get over it other wise let them rule our lives. If you need my attorney's contact info i will be more than glad to provide you one.

We are stuck in background checks and waiting for NOA2 for 9 months now. I don't understand why this process takes so much longer for some of us. Have you contacted anyone for help?

Thank you both for the well wishes - I contacted my Senator to make another inquiry - even they admit the system is broken...hopefully this inquiry will bring some good fortune with it - I hope you get your NOA2 soon - 9 months is such a long wait - I feel like the wait times are getting longer and longer

Hang in there, doll. I know how you feel, but I always remind myself that falling apart will not help my husband. We must stay strong, and continue to do what you can. It may not feel like it helps much, but at least we tried.

Nope - we've been in AP this whole time - I just took a trip to meet him in Morocco at the end of May (he flew there from London so I could meet his family in Morocco) - but we are still waiting and praying...

We had my senator make an inquiry - but I got the same answer I get from emailing the embassy myself- still pending... nothing to do but wait...
