case number change from MDR(chennai) to BMB(mumbai) that time they allocate new case number my NVC no MDR2011633*** now its BMB2011893** so BMB2012 are changed NVC numbers

Come on guys, there will be no retro, remember theu say visa bulletin will be moving 4 to 6 months until futher notice......just remember this month its just starting

I called NVC and mentioned that the interview schedule has been posted by the Mumbai consulate for March.

She categorically said that they do not post interview dates on the web!!? I insisted that Mumbai consulate posts interview schedule every month!..

She said then call Mumbai consulate? She was rude... All she said that there are no visa numbers available for us right now..

No, it should start with 2011... all our numbers should be 2011 since it takes a year to get the case numbers!

The dates have clearly retrogressed or stalled. We were supposed to get an interview in March in Mumbai consulate since our PD is 03-NOV-10 and we do not see our case number on the schedule!!

This is ridiculous!??

Maybe the dates have regressed? That would explain why no interview letters have been sent yet!

No other categories have got their IL's... They will start sending letters on Monday.

I just called the NVC and I got an expected reply - "We are still working on 22-Oct-2010 applications, please call back in March"!!

I think so too - they should start sending IL's by Monday... one would have thought they should have started sending the IL's from today; because Feb-13 being a shorter month!? but no such luck!

I call almost every day, since my case was upgraded to IR1 from F2A, and every day both DOS and NVC say, wait till second week of February :angry: It is very annoying to be waiting so long after more than 2 years of waiting as F2A

I am not sure why they are saying that? There is no PD waiting for IR1 applicants.

Dear Mr. rajugc & Steve visa bullet, please don't blame to NVC staff, if you really want to be with your family, please invite your spouse to come back and stay with you where you are. otherwise you have to wait for until your priority date become current.please don't irritate the nvc staff & include me.(noticed by your negative thinking).

just for to reply - Who is including me! If you are so offended then please don't read the posts... all of us are entitled of our opinion to a limit - unlike PD is current, who does not know his limit's..

BTW, It really does not matter if you are irritated or NVC - DO NOT MAKE IT PERSONAL... everyone is just expressing one's feelings and they have the right too...

hey everyone, I'm anxious like you as well. But realistically no one will hear anything this week since the workers are probably all on vacation. We will probably have to wait until the 2nd or 3rd.
