Thanks everyone, it's been a rough semester for me and I'm sorry I've been to busy to come around. We are forced to wait, as our Congressman and our Senator could not help us. Good news is they sent our petition back on 11-21

Missing my VJ friends, but mehn, I'm exhausted! LOL........Looking for a prepaid phone, or some cheap way for my husband to call home to Nigeria on a daily basis. Any ideas???......And, laughing...cause tonight, it's going to get SUPER COLD and I know my husband will be sleeping in his coat AGAIN! This is our first cold snap, below freezing...can't wait to see his reaction!

God, I may be a 'cracked pot,' but You are the Potter and You can use me for Your purposes despite my flaws. Fill me with Your goodness and light so that I can carry it into the world around me.

What I learned...God is a jealous God. I was wrong for putting my husband before Him! I craved closeness with my husband, I learned to seek God to replace that. All the things I wanted in my marriage while we were apart, I learned God could either give to me or take away the pain of not having them. God comes first, do not put your spouse before Him. What a glorious lesson my Father taught me!

I haven't disappeared completely, just a lot busier than before my husband came home. I am still praying for you, and thinking about you daily, even when I am not active on here! Keep looking to God, He will see you through this journey!

If Jesus came to you personally to day and said, "from this day forward, everything you say will come to pass". Would that change what you speak into your life? It really is a Spiritual Law...Speak LIFE over your situation, life, family and friends and always be an encourager to others.

Happy Thanksgiving to you all........ Plssssssss send some turkey across LOL

Your visa journey is exactly what you make it..Early on I spent too much time on worry, stress and counting, that it only made it that much harder on me to bear. Then I truly gave it to God, you can literally see my shift in my status updates and comments to others. So I guess my advice is to truly let go and let God and your journey will be so much easier on you! Many blessings everyone!

Let me start by saying anyone married to a Nigerian man has probably experienced that their sense of humor can be a little off, but there are times when you can throw them for a loop...lol
