Everytime someone brings up global warming my first question to them is always - what has the temperature of the sun been, has it been warmer?
Why is there a requirement that all politicians be dumber than dirt? Jeez!

I have read of others who have married while one was here on a toursit visa and did the adjustment of status.
Being she has been here on tourist visas before and has recently had it renewed it for sure does not appear the tourist visa was used to circumvent the immigration laws.... just one of those things where love happened.
If it were me I would get married and then do an adjustment of status. Just saying....

Hmm? The meter is going off, best get my waders... Ok, if it is the beneficary starting all the madness of I love you and such and you don't even know last names... then I would worry. But the only time you will be showing chat log to anyone will be at the US embassy interview and there is no reason to show chat log from the beginning of your relationship, you just need to have solid evidence of an on going relationship, so chat log from during the 5 months of the I-129F and onward would be more than adequate and there better be some "I love you" in there.

Your real concern should be how to get it to the embassy that will better serve your goal... the rest is just whining...

I understand his jitters, all of us at one time or another "wonder" but he seems to be letting it over power him. Like others have said - you Fiance is who you need to have a serious conversation with.
