  1. Pictures are secondary evidence, you can make photo copies for all the applications .. shared may be fine .. up to you Everything else has to be complete for each visa application package.
  2. We have traveled through Narita many times, never touch out luggage there (and we always change aircraft for the flight into Manila)

As for the medical with the way things are in the Phils now it may be a good idea to wait until you have the interview date.   4. You need the CEMAR (Form 5 advisory of Marriage). If you get an expedite then you schedule your own interview and you schedule you children at the same time (normally, some things are being handled different because of the virus BS) . You will get a letter/email from NVC
