Jay S got a reaction from david'sgirl in Can I Visit My Husband in The UK f?
My wife is in the UK as well and I have been able to visit while waiting for her case to progress. I have always made sure that I have a my travel itinerary showing my return flight, a letter from my employer stating that I am on a paid vacation and when I am expected to return, a copy of my mortgage statement as well as all the paperwork from our CR-1 Case to show that I am truly visiting with no intent to stay permanently.
I am not saying that you will need all of the above that I do, but their biggest concern is that you will remain in the country. You just have to be able to prove you are just visiting and not moving there.
