    I have to say this for the sake of my sisters who are going thru rough patches with the husbands. First, it's not easy to adjust...either way. I don't want to sound preachy so I'm not. If there is real love...when you can talk it out and work it out then do so. But if it has gotten mentally, emotionally alarming...

      when it gets to this point there has got to be an exit plan. When it's become physical it's time to exit. I understand that it is the love that put you together.however, do not be blinded and stay in a dead or dying relationship. The life that is yours to protect is in danger.Proceed with caution and if it comes to being by yourself again..so be it. If you can work thru it great. All I ask of you who are going thru and don't know which end is up to ask yourself..is this what I got...
