  1. My goal Is in the next 30 days to reverse their decision from denial to approval without filing new petition smile.png let see if this is possible !!

    Good liuck with that one..

if they do approve USC with out ever meeting their "fiance".. ie with in the two years before filing.. it would just open a big ole pandoras box..

don't think they want to do that..

sounds like you are going to have to be patient in order to make this happen

**** One post removed for name calling. Stay civil- just because you are not getting the advice you want doesn;t mean you can start attacking others *****

dang.. i just missed it.. got here just as you were doing your ADMIN work.. LOL>.

  2. I have been searching forums but can't seem how this meeting requirement works. Do the 2 years requirement start running from the first time you met in person? Or from the time you last saw your fiance?

not sure why this is hard..

ok.. here. i will put it simple..

if you sent off packet today!!! 5/15/2013

you have to MET in PERSON your "fiance" at least ONE TIME!!!

counting 2 years BACK in time to 5/15/2011..

that is the 2 year requirement

  3. 5.. if she is there.. when you fill it out.. then she is there.. put visitor..

    6. idk, what are the consulates in SPAIN>. Venezuela had one.. so it was easy..

    9. i did not send instructions..

    10. i did not STAPLE anything.. FEDs are going to put in the order they want.. everything paper clip or butter fly clamps.. i put all sections in order of COVER LETTER>. and each section.. had a simple cover page over it.. stating same info as COVER PAPER>. ie. original and signed I-129F.. original and signed G-325a (beneficiary and petitioner) etc

    11. yes, you live in London.. add it.. england has counties.. look it up, for where you lived

  4. Hi all,

It appears, according to the instructions, that only two completed signed copies of the form (one for petitioner, one for beneficiary) are needed, however I have been through this process before, in 2010 (never thought I'd be doing it again!) and I see that I submitted 4 copies of each person's form. How many are needed now? Thanks!

one for each, as instructions stated..

    with original signatures

  5. In Spanish culture you dont call nobody "fiance" the said my husband or wife... Marry or Not. Thats culture.... you said that I'm "SILLY" like I said something about me calling my Fiance husband? , I said that was Stupid for the USCIS to go in base of that... so Calm Down.

    not really..

    we used prometido and prometida..

we never refereed to each other has husband and wife.. i told her the at K1 interview NOT to allow the CO to refer to us as married or husband/wife.. the CO actually did ask about "her husband".. Rossana immediately corrected the CO.. SEVERAL times.. trying to catch a slip up

if you start throwing around that word, and it becomes second nature.. it could cause problem, if the CO catches you making that mistake during interview..

    so be cautious..

    :)
