Figured it would of made our case look better, We met 5 times in total and just once in 2010... I guess it would be too many copies of the flight tickets and whatnot?
i don't think so.. it shows history :)

Where to File :
File Form I-129F at the USCIS Dallas Lockbox facility:
1. For U.S. Postal Service (USPS):
2. For USPS Express Mail and courier deliveries:
1. if you send package from UNITED STATES POSTAL SERVICE, post office
2. if you send it using FEDEX, UPS, etc..
-
it sounds like OP.. is having a difficult time.. just to be able to see her at all..
-
within two years of when you send packet..
ps.. follow directions of where to send.. it depends on the METHOD YOU chose to send..
it makes no difference where it gets into the system.. as long as it gets into the system..

i just told you in the other thread.. that my wife, was given option to have a spanish speaker CO... on arrival 12/31/2012.. she spent the night there.. cuz the immigration line was too long.. so she flew out to houston next morning..
the people at miami airport were more likely to speak spanish.. my wife was very comfortable there..
she felt that when she got flight to houston.. the people there.. were less likely to speak spanish.. or as she put it.. chose not to speak if they didn't have too..

You are totally in the point all the way.
now i think everybody is on the same page

No. I have no choice but leave. I thought they will give me an option but they don't care if so many people loos their job. I rather take my investment out of US and make it work in my country.
filed more than 12 months ago.
OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOH>. i get it!!!
you wanted to EXPEDITE the Request to get your Family here .. so you did not have to close your business..
but you were denied
so now, your only choice is.. to Close your business *6 workers lose jobs* and move to your home country and be with your family..
now it makes sense..
is this correct?!?!

in texas.. you have to live in the state as a resident NOT a student for one year.. to get residency in the state.. THEN you get in state tuition..
it don't work if you are only in texas to go to school..
so she may have to sit out of school for a year..
janelle is right
-
well, your not leaving.. so thats out of the question..
so your option now is just to let the process work out..
when did you file the I-130?
-
Guys Come on!! you are telling him to go meet her. Seriously?? do you think he'll ever get a tourist visa? I personally don't think so unless he has strong ties to Afghanistan. From the hints he was telling, where he lives its probably a total mess and the intent to immigrate is already existing.
As for not dating before marriage, he is totally free not to date. We don't have the right to judge his religious preferences. However, going through K-1 needs a lot of proof of meetings & romance so the OP chose the wrong road from the beginning. I would recommend get married in afghanistan then file for the spouse visa.
Good long and if you love each other you'll hold on until the end.
he is in a pickle.. but he won't get approved until he meets the requirements..
at whatever time that is.. in order to file..
-
chill.. its going to happen.. you are in it for the LONG HAUL..
-
More likely if they find a file they think has red flags they'll do a search of google. Then they'll check the "known" places for them.
Or they might read it to check for "bad people" and then check for those people in their files.
Plus. When does the government ever do anything that makes sense?
hopefully, the don't look up to see if i am a tea party member or AP reporter!

Thank you for your answer,
Well, The thing is, My business is not just a small hot dog shop so I could close and leave it for a month. It is transportation business, and 6 of my employees and several contractors depend on their job and their salary to be paid on time. I cannot just fire them and leave. It is going to be big loss for their families as well. That's why I was requesting to expedite instead of closing my business.
what is your purpose in filling out the I-130?
-
I chose wrong word, I meant printed sorry for misleading!
you about gave 200 people a heart attack!! LOL
-
thats kinda what i was thinking, but i guess something has to explain why it takes so long
great.. USCIS is surfing in the internet.. and trying to look at timelines.. to see which of the thousands of forms they have match to thousands of usernames here..
lol
