Marjana my friend we all are sure that July move at-least 45 then you will get IL

It is technical problem, might be data didn't process accordingly. Still AVRS saying that jan 01, 2010. I am kinda little worry now, hope july vb will cover my pd, otherwise another month to wait..its never end.

chitagong my friend now finally for sure you will be next in July but trust me now i realize nvc is really very very spy and unpredictable agency no body can never be predict may be the the jump and goes in april 1st 2010 in july and then in august the reached august 1st 2010 as they were before the retrogression nothing can say nothing can predict last month they wasn't give interview before visa bulletin published but now they follow their pattern any way keep the hope better my wife pd is may 10 2010

one thing i would like to share with all my vj friends nvc is not telling any thing on phone they are just sending interview letter through the email what i experienced they put email in their system and it take about two to three days

to come in our mail box many time happened i got email and the sending date shown three days before day when i received it so still their is bright chances couple of more interview are in the pipe line that can comes in the mail box later today or next two or three days

l dont think we will see any 2010 pd until july vb. The most conserve visa holder was 2009pd, and the main reason for retrogressed in 2011.

My friend chitagong as usual you are underestimating. The advance notification of upcoming visa bulletin already has been mentioned that it could be move for f2a 2.5 so we should wait till Monday evening when is visa bulletin for jun is about to be comes out if we have only three interview letter scheduled date post is not meaning is going to stuck 22 dec i have very strong feeling it going to hit at least jan 08 2010 inshallah

My pd is Feb 2002 and I had submitted fees, PCC and all other relevant docs. My status was that i m documentarily qualified. Last year retrogression took place.

Its been over a year since i have communicated with NVC, to which they replied after couple of days to wait for visa numbers

Detail are below :

Email sent to NVC last year : 26th Jan 2011

Email received from NVC last year : 3rd Feb 2011

Email sent to NVC this year : 4th Feb 2012

Email received from NVC : 7th Feb 2012

My question is : Since its been over a year since i have communicated with NVC...so i need to resubmit all docs and fees ??? (Actually its just two days over a year)

Would highly appreciate if senior members can help me on this. Am just hoping that i dont have to pay fees again....PCCs i can submit again when asked for.

This message of nvc doesn't effect the status of those they are on qualify documented list its only for those they never spoke with nvc before the case completed not replying any thing not sending asking documents by nve and a year has pass so you should not be worry about it. And the 2nd thing is that f2a category is different then yours a long waiting list a head in this f4 in spite of f2a ours pd as of may 2012 bulletin is nov 15 2009 we are very close to current and all of us are expecting a 2 to three month jum in next couple of upcoming visa bulletin so the jan 2011 to april 2011 can be current in next 10 month that's why nvc sending ds3032 or aos bills i am from f2a category

No more prediction for F2A visa bulletin.

lol every body knows that they not gono give an interview date before to vb publish by following their new security system as the over the automatic voice response system thats why people are no more int interested in prediction they already mention about visa availability of f2a so every members predicting almost same that could be jan 08 2010 or jan 15 2010

in Section C of the May newsletter says the availability of visas for June could see the same in the August newsletter for September 2011 and I walk 4 months

that section c is not belong to ours category its related to diversity visa mean lottery visa read the it one more time

i think nvc will not give any information about the interview before the visa bulletin publish as they did in last visa bulletin they have changed their system and the proven that they are more smart then vj members because they were observing our prediction which were always very right or close to right for next visa bulletin that's why the played or started a new game with us lol my prediction is jan 15 or jan 22 2010 for jun

My friend cyclops just tax return of most recent year mean now it need to be ready of 2011 for presenting in front of consular officer in the consulate during the interview

Yes vishav they may ask the email or cell phone communication between the applicant and petitioner but not must. My friends i got my ds 3032 in nov 2010 and still waiting of interview but the thing is to understand is that now is a story of past happened because of stupid retrogression i was talking in general way and trend of nvc that almost do like this and still i am standing on my opinion that its take 8 to 9 month to become pd current once you revived ds3032 or AOS

jun 2011 filler got ds3032 is very good sign for all of us specially those pd is 2010 mine is may 10 2010. Nvc process time after ds 3020 send is depenad how you are fast and responding quick as they ask some thing to you. First thing is very important nvc start to send ds 3032 when pd about to become current in next 8 to 9 month once your pd become current they will schedule your interview i think it take around 3 month since ds 3032 send to applicant subjected to pd current must. my friend chatagon how you know that some one who od is jun 2011 got his ds 3032
