    RFE FOR MARRIAGE CERTIFICATE

    Hi everyone, got RFE asking for original marriage certificate which is the (Nikkah Nama) I have countless times have stated that this is the original bearing the seal for the registrar and signed, we submitted in English our Nikkah nama was in ENGLISH. I have sent letter after the RFE but they have not reviewed it yet, and supervisor is not approving it, I got arbitration council a marriage certificate from there with the stamp of the chairman, has our information in english and urdu (local language), kindly if someone can help here this is getting out of hand now..... our marriage certificate is registered with NADRA (wife has name on there instead of father), registered with registrar office in Islamabad Pakitan, and finally registered with the council as mentioned above there are union and arbitration, our district falls under that or something..... please help!

    OK Friend they are asking about nikah name that one which is original and in urdu its that one which fill at the time of marriage whaer we sign it and some witness that call nikah name made by molvi sab i had the same ref and i send them after that thy complete my case

    From the deep core of my heart i congratulate you i already told you that your wife will get it on same day i am not astronomy experts i predict any thing on fact and past interview review that almost al shows 99% women get it same day until unless some documents are not required august vb out and its march 15 2010 i hope that the spet will cover mine and i will hear some good news in ramzan from the nvc

    Thanks my brother i think so too that my wife will get her IL FOR September is 7.30 am in Bangladesh i hope that your wife will be at embassy we all again praying for your family and very strong feeling that you will let us know very good news later today or may be tomorrow.     MY friend after very calm quite and patiently wait i decided to pick the pen and write some thing first we don not need to argue with each other nor fighting what i understand in us hard to do unfair according to their system of check and balance so no point of to raise question on transparency on any department including nvc dos and uscis couple of days ago i post way of working of dos for publishing visa bulletin again i am repeating on the starting of 2nd week of each month the started to collect the information from all over the us embassy and consulate how many visa has been issued in all category and this process get end around 23 to 25 or some time 27 of each month suppose they have quota of 8000 for f2a for a month and only 6500 visa has been used rest of the 1500 will add in the next month quota so total number of visa available for next month will be 9500 pd will move on by following this method for the next month and suppose in the next month the realize that the all 9500 of allocating and adding one has been utilized and more visa has been issued so the access use of visa from monthly allocation formula will sure leave the impact on the next visa bulletin may can make it slow or stop on some point dos is bound with yearly or fiscal year quota allocation according to their law act of immigration the cant use the one visa of a category to category b until the applicant not provide all nnecessary required documents to co which is the basic requirements under the section 221g once few people fail to provide them so in the end of the fiscal year the un use visa will move the next category that's my opinion i may be wrong

    Let me tell you the system of dos for moving forward the pd and publishing the visa bulletin in between from

    15 to 22th of each month dos receive the all information from their consulate and embassy all over the world about how many visa has been issued in all category then they work out on it how much was the quota for this running month they add the number of visa which is not use for the running month for example in f2a they have limit of 7000 for jun dos has been reported by their consulate and embassy that in jun only 5500 visa has been issued in this category so mean rest of 1500 will be add in July quota and july actual was 7000 add 1500 will be total number of visa available for july 8500 by following this process the vb or pd move according to this law you knew my dear vj fellows what happened now they were all ready knew about some of the UN use visa or came to knew un use visa earlier then the other month that's why the started the scheduling for all most all category if you noticed they just send interview only two days jun 21 to 22 on 23 and 24 it was weekend from Monday they did not send any single interview letter any one who got on Monday or tue it was already made set up to send email by the nvc in the above date mean 21 to 22 jun some of our friends got the email only later mean Monday or tue its mean nvc again started its previously trend to sending IL from 29 up to 3rd or 4rth of the each month which we are observing since last four month so conclusion of this is that they will surly send some more interview from next week or at least Monday or tue then they can be stop i am still sure they will send some more to us after march 15 and my prediction is for august is april 1st to April 8 2010

    mamita actually you asked with RICORDO but as we know he is busy come in wile so i can help you first you need to check the checklist with your interview letter what they are asking to be present at the time of interview you must take all these required documents as they mentioned in the checklist once you have submitted all related documents at nvc including 1864 mean affidavit off support so you do not need to be worry about it but for safe side take all the duplicate copies of all civil documents like petitioner and applicant birth and marriage certificate fresh police certificate latest 2 us passport size photos size 2 by 2 with off white background 2011 sponsor and co sponsor tax return with IRS transcriptions 2011 specially of co or joint sponsor medical examination report and some photograph with petitioner it taken at wedding or any other occasion when he or she was visiting to you etc that will be all

    After monitring very closely of all comments from our hounerable membere i decided to give some input from my side what i believe in august vb we can see a jump of 2 to three month may be it can close on april 22 or may 15 becuase its very unusal that nvc start schedualing interview from 21 of the month which never happend in last one year about the first and 2nd half of the august comments one of our friend i would see only that not tru they have already set an appointment for 31august of domino membere its only 26of the month has over its a date where normally nvc start to scheduale Interview so we should keep your hope up till friday we may can see pleasant surprize just keep contineu pray thanks guys

    first of all good luck with your visa journey i hope u will get the visa at the same day INSHALLAH.

    1)

    Can you please guide me what kinda docs do we need at the time of interview my case was complete in 2011 august. I have sent my pics, pcc and AOS in 2010-2011, do i need to give recent ones at the time of interview as iam from Karachi too?

    2)

    Have recently changed my consulate from London to Islamabad, does this effect my PD?

    Kash my friend first of all thanks for wishing me no pcc if you are in pakistan only need police certificate pcc is required for india and some other country if you have submitted affidavit of support with 2011 tax rerun and it has been accepted by nvc so on this point their is no need to be worry any thing if they need any thing els they will inform you on interview checklist police certificate is normally remain valid up to six month from its issuing date if the a period of six month has passes to be ready for arrange a new police certificate but not at this time until you not believe that your pd is coming to close in next two month change of foreign changeability only effect when it come on the list of those country which is mention by state department so you change it from london to islamabad dose not effect pd you should nothing to worry about it ok sir

    It depends on consulate. For example our PCC is valid for six months. As for tax returns you would need the 2011 for interview and I think they ask for most recent photographs ( our consulate also 6 months recent). Hope this helps :)

    I hope by October the 2010 PDs will be done :) too optimistic, but still :)

    NVC document checklist page didn't ask anything but my 20 months old son's Photo. i sent my wife 2011 tax return Transcript incase CO ask for it.

    Ofcourse they want new police reports and recent tax returns and pics that's what they at interview........

    chitagong my friend can you tell us that with interview letter which of the fresh documents they required with your wife at the time of interview in front of consular office specially i want to know either they are asking a fresh police certificate 2011 tax return and latest photo graph holing your reply we always keep remember to you and your family in our prays

    Maham your pd will be current in thE first month of the new fiscal year and that will be OCTOBER 2012 VISA BULLETIN THE base of my prediction is only to follow the the trend of visa bulletin every month since been two year. i am quit sure that the august 2010 pd will return on its place where it was before retrogression in October 2012 vb nela for sure your brother will get his interview in august not in July AS for as my concern my pd will be current in spet 2012 visa bulletin if this pace of movement will continue i can be current in august too if its jump to may 15 for exact three month which very low chances of it
