Chitagong if you read this post about interview of Vietnam guy lot of suspicious thing first no one wish to mentioned exact case number name on the post due to security reason why he posted as it is he got by the nvc 2nd thing need to be noticed when ever nvc send any reply in the last on bottom left side the sender write his or her name that like victor William Micheal Liza Morton etc if he posted original version why this is not mentioned so don't trust on these post the people are playing with our sentiments and you know my friend i am sure you will be schedule in july after visa bulletin published may be on fri or earlier my prediction for july is 15 to 22 feb 2010

This is not forum its our family group so instead of discouraging built the hope of your friend my friend in USA all govt official including federal state and county are very very responsible and professional more then our thinking they knew their sop they knew the official secret act more over they are very very loyal with their office and their rules and sop. I have important to share with our all f2a members i check the last tow year 2010 and 2011 july jump almost 7 month you guys can check it too in 2010 jun visa bulletin was jan 01 2008

but in july it jump july 1st 2008 6 month nd if you watch 2011 jun its 22 august 2007 but in july it gone march 22 2008 mean jump 7 month may it happen again and that miracle can take to all of us current

No my friend dont say this we can wait 8 more days although my priority date is little bit for away then the current but still like every one i wish to see some interview news from the closed one so we can guess what will be the possible pd for july vb one thing still no any news for interview from any other category like f1 f3 and f4 they are thinking and talking like us

Rani you are very close to me what i understand when ever Mr charlie who is chief of visa controller in department of state when ever give his opinion or possible movement for upcoming month in any forum its always revers. He predict in AILA conference about f2a 2.5 since that its moving around 40 to 45 days only so on the basis of this revers of this prediction we can expect the July will move 45 to 50 days maximum it would 15 Feb to 22 Feb 2010

Chitagong my friend after very carefully watching all forum like f1 f3 and f4 i am able to say that no any interview news yet from any one so conclusion of the reading is that they may be start to schedule from tomorrow may be from Monday 4 or may play the roll of spy like they played in April by not sending any interview before vb publish

Why are you saying like this? It's just May 31st..For last couple of months we are seeing that interviews are being scheduled around 1st week of the month..So let's wait up to 5-6th June before making any statement..

Sky my friend i totally agreed with you if our friends remember last month the First interview letter was reported after April 1st

Need Help again: Fortunately the NVC send me an email with an attached letter which assigned a case number for me. What should be doing now? Should I go ahead and do the DS-3032 / I-864 Bill? Or they are gonna send us an email (or via mail)? I am the beneficiary and my address has changed, should I notify the NVC? Thanks!

You should have to wait untill any thing which is not ask by nvc your pd is to for away they are not going to send you any thing for atleast next 6 month

NVC(serco) hired some rookie operator to handle the high volume of immigration calls and they are not even well trained, they have very limited option to look at your case file. I spoke to 3 different operator today and all of them answer different. One said you need to provide photo of your child at interview time, another visa number not available and third one said call back next week.

Great workers ..what a immi mess. guys never married if you just get your green card, or marry the person who already live in us/us citizen. The whole immigration process messed

Chitagon my friend you are the most senior member of this forum every one get the hope and opinion from you what i noticed that you are really looking tired with this wait so please keep contineu your strenth which reflect your leader ship i am still sure that your wife will be scheduale for july. And one thing instruct to your wife take 2 recent us pass port size photoof her and your kid to embassy they will for sure ask about it because the old one you submitted at nvc doese not meet the criteria of 6 month time line hoping you will share good news very soon

My friend mounirmes desire you can hope you keep up and high but few are the ground reality and the ground reality is that the current pace of 45 days a head per visa bulletin will continue till the end of the fiscal year i wish for july should be 15 may which can cover my pd but that is not fact so we all should make our mind on it before to take our self at the corner of disappointment still i will stand july will move 15 Feb or maximum Feb 22

Dont worry, this month interview letter will establish late because memrial weekends and lazy government worker usualy dont work at friday, so it will be 5 days holidays. What I expect, interview will schedule from 1st June which is next week. Good luck to all of us.

Chitagong i am quite sure that your family will be scheduale in july INSHLLAH and what i observed after reading more then 60 interview experince sharing post is that 99% women skIP from ap man almost put in ap specially islamabad consulate is very active to put ap to our man inshllah you listen good news by the end of this month or at the beganing of the next month

your optimistic approach is very good but keep remember keeping hope to high can make you depress when the vb come out i don't thing it can be move to 3 month my prediction of July is Feb 15 or maximum Feb 22

My husband is green card holder.

He has applied for me. My pd is august 2010

My i 130 was approved on dec 2010

Now my case is in NVC , after i130 approval my hubby submitted all forms.

Every tyme i call nvc they said visas are unavailable and wait for priority date to be current..

Since then i am waiting.... Now it has been almost 2 years that i m waiting for my priority date to be current and my interview call.

Some one told me that it takes 5 years for visa??? Is it true??

As i m in f2a category..

Is this seriously take 5 years to complete this process?????

Maham your pd can current could be current in october or nov 2012 visa bulletin due to thie new era and pace f2a taking 2.5 yr not 5 so ya you really can make your mind that your interview can be schedule in last of this yr

my friend more optimistic can take you more disappointment so let us remain on with the approach visa bulletin will move only maximum 45 to 50 day and it could be Feb 15 to 22 2010 till the end of this fiscal year. If it move with this pace Sept will cover my wife pd that is may 10 2010

What i believe by the end of this running fiscal year pd will resume where it was before retrogression mean august 01 2010 then later it can be slow or stop on some point after recovery of august 2010

Now here is suggestion we should not be lift the hope high for upcoming visa bulletin because nvc is really v v unpredictable office actually not nvc its dos they mention prediction them self and when visa bulletin out always not match nor closer to their prediction that's why at least we should not expect we are going to see any surprise or big jump if we expect that defiantly it may lead to disappointment to us a reasonable prediction we can give it and that would 45 to 50 days maximum till the end of the fiscal year and one more thing for my friend Steve from France you are right to some extend about 2010 filler but don't missed the opinion of the credible immigration lawyers association they mentioned in their article that after the first half or maximum Sept 2010 their is very huge application of f2a has been reported to uscis due to very fast and like miracle movement of this category so may be after Sept it can be slow or can stop to some point my prediction for July is Feb 15 or 22 2010 and my wife pd is may 10 2010 which i am expecting current in august or Sept GOD knows better then me i just can expect desire and pray
