Sorry for the late reply as I was out of the country on international business. Yes she went on June 22nd and ALL done with the citizenship!
Now moving on to the next stage which is life!

So a quick summary of my wife's interview this past Tuesday May 30th at Santa Ana office.
She was scheduled for 10:10AM. We were seated in the waiting room at about 9:30AM. To our surprise she was called at 10:07AM.
She got the first 6 answers correct (she has been daily studying all 100 for months now) and then breezed through the English writing.
Asked very detailed questions, for 35 minutes, with questions asked again and again in a slightly different roundabout way about: (1) each of the 7 trips/visits to her home country (2) extensive questions about my past divorces (3) addresses of the 3 residence we have lived in the past 5.5 years (4) how we met originally over 6 years ago (5) my profession and company's that I worked for and what my specialty is (6) how we file and pay for federal taxes, etc., etc., etc.
She passed as she answered everything honestly. She entered at 10:07M and finished at 10:55AM.
She was then told that because they were so busy it would be 3 to 4 months that she would get scheduled for the oath ceremony and to be looking for the letter in 3 or 4 months.

There is no "easiest and quickest way" as it all takes work and a whole lot of patience.
Be careful on how you plan (ie. work visa vrs marry) as intent can be found as fraudulent and has problems all of its own.
Yes consider you traveling to Mexico and marry there then submit.

File for sole custody of your child, and in the child custody petition you should establish the terms such as child support and visitation. If you can't afford to pay an attorney then ask the Court a list of pro bono attorneys in your County.
The Hague Convention is enforced between the United States and Romania.Do not leave the U.S without having your child custody .
Despite he doesn't want anything to do with the child your child has the right to receive child support. Failing to pay child support will lead him not to be able to renew his passport plus he can get arrested in case you want to pursue legal action against him if he stops paying child support.
This advice is spot on. For the future sake of your precious child please follow the advice.

In order to acquire US citizenship when born abroad out of wedlock to a US father, there are certain things that must have been done before you turned 18:
- You were legitimated under the law of the country of your residence, your father acknowledged your paternity under oath, or a competent court ruled on your paternity, and
- Your father agreed in writing under oath to support you until you turned 18.
The second one is the most problematic because it is usually not satisfied unless your father applied for a CRBA for you. Even if your father supported you, or a court said that he had so support you, that is not enough. He had to have voluntarily agreed to this in writing and under oath, before you turned 18. If he didn't, you're not a US citizen.
Yes unfortunately this is true. I have a friend of an in-law in Medellin Colombia, in exactly the same predicament as you, whose USC bio father drug his feet too long and not following through with this procedure and now she is 19 and out of luck.

Simple just mention of the bill were not taking care off, you' will be more than please to take care of it now. Also provide evidence of you having the funds to pay the hospital. Just know hospital bills can be up to $10,000 or even more depending on how complicated it was. Don't say something just for saying sake.
I doubt the bill will be $10,000. for a month stay.
15 years ago I became very sick with a ruptured appendicitis and 3 weeks stay in the hospital and the cost was approaching $400,000., granted had severe complications because of a botched procedure while in the hospital, all covered by my employer insurance plan.
Heck, a few hours to an emergency room and you just spent $3,000.-$5,000. and you were not even admitted overnight.

For what it is worth, we have had a number of my wife's family and friends, ranged from age 30 to 60, from both Medellin and Bogota visit with us in the past 2 years. We also had her mother denied a tourist visa, go figure (stable job 30+ years, house, car, family, roots, etc.).
I say go and try.

I sent my packet on Thursday, it arrived Friday noon time, and they cashed my check today?! I was expecting to wait weeks... Hopefully I'll get the extension letter and biometrics request in the next month or so? We have a family trip back to Europe at the end of this year so I'm hoping that it'll be done by then. Although I keep reading of nightmarish long waits of up to a year plus rfe's. I sent everything but the kitchen sink so I'm hoping I don't get one!
Just in case it helps others, here's what I sent. It was 3.5lbs and 2" high by the time I sent it!
- i751 form plus check
- photocopy of green card front and back
- photocopies of both our drivers licenses showing same address
- irs tax return transcripts 2914,2015 married filing jointly
- wills, poa and medical poa for each of us, showing the other as beneficiary/executor
- proof of joint health insurance and that I'm a beneficiary to his 401k
- quarterly bank statements from marriage to present day plus letter from bank confirming joint account
- quarterly utility bills showing electric in both our names, Verizon in my name, Gas in my husbands
- proof we co-own the solar panels installed on our roof
- car lease, registration and financing details in each name showing same address
- proof of joint car insurance since our marriage
- explanation of why I'm not on mortgage plus proof of paperwork to show this
- various travel confirmations in both our names since marriage and up to future trip in December 2016
- various bills for furniture and household purchases from Bobs Furniture and Lowes, showing we both purchased things using our individual credit cards for our home
Hoping that'll do it! Seems pretty comprehensive (and heavy!)
Maybe Vermont is slow because of too many 3.5 pounds and 2" high applications? Really is that not an overkill. Our package was +/- 35 pages, about 12 well chosen photos with cover letter.

You don't need a lawyer and it looks that you have great verifiable joint co-mingling of assets and bills and such but to erase any doubt simply add your name to the lease and matter-of-fact many landlords REQUIRE that any adult who will live in the rental MUST be on the lease.

Finally my wife kick me out of the apartment in the middle of ROC just 60 days and she holds on to all my document,include my 1yr extension GC and my passport,all the copy of our joint ROC.Just me and my little car sleeping on the parking lot.she told me she is going to call the immigration to withdraw the ROC and deport me to my country.what should i do?where do start from after 4 to 5yrs marriage.
Like someone told me years ago after major difficulties dealing with drama (now my long ago ex), they bluntly said "Pick better next time". I think I have so now I just need to "treat kindly".

Fill out your timeline. Many are here to help but need some basic info.
The cultural shock is enormous and many USC guys don't get it and takes time to understand. She left her family and everything she knew back in the PI, friends, family, food, culture, school, native language, climate, etc. its time to man-up. I see too many posts on here with people thinking that marriage is like a disposable diaper, you can change as soon as things do not meet your expectation. Welcome to life.
Work it out together but if impossible then do what you need to do.

Our experience - After we were married for 2 months I got my wife listed as a co-buyer on a new truck purchase. It was a big hassle with Ford credit and I paid extra interest to have her listed as she had NO CREDIT HISTORY.
Fast forward 3.5 years - she has a credit rating of just north of 800 FICO, listed as co-buyer on 3 vehicle and has 3 credit cards her own, all current and every payment on time. Banks love her much more than me as her credit score has outpaced mine! Go figure.

It seems very strange to me how people that are happily married seem to have some difficulty proving a bonafide marriage...but in cases like this it is so easy for one party to "prove we had a bonafide marriage"
