ugg......USCIS is horrible. And NVC isn't far behind. They've been slackers lately. You'll need a lot of patience for the rest of ur journey. I know mine is almost gone.

2 expedite letter regecting the request and one address change letter, i never requested an address change so dont understand that, and one of the expedite letters has a stamp saying "approved for filing" so i dont understand that either...

hay chica i really hope this resolves soon for you. what a nightmare. if it's not an approval it would have just been best to leave you waiting, at least you had not gotten yout hopes up. vamos a ver sera lo que Dios quiera.

What exactly did u receive??? A text or email? If so, it's corre t but it may not show up in the computer system. That happened to me for the majority of my USCIS phase. Then again at NVC. trust the texts/email confirmations. Within a few days you'll get the actual letter. . I got my NOA2 and by the time I called NVC, half of my case had already been forwarded to santo Domingo. But when I called the day before to check, there was no info. It's a screwed up system. well thing is I received my email stating the following:

Application Type: I130 , IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR RELATIVE, FIANCE(E), OR ORPHAN

Your Case Status: Card/ Document Production

Which has nothing to do with the type of case I am doing for my husband. Everytime i call and speak to a tier 2 agent i get a different response. Ill just wait on the correspondence

girl thats totally me. i go to sleep the night before and hug him real hard and he jut ugs me and says..."mami aguanta porfavor k me mata verte asi" that just makes me cry more and it ends up both of us crying to sleep. the immigration officer always ask me y i am crying. its so hard! I want these tears to be of happiness soon!

LOL THAT IS VERY FUNNY.... i was doing the same; crying like a baby in the airport and they asked if i was in pain from the surgery and i was like no surgery here just crying for my husband..... they say they see women all the time crying from the pain of surgery....

lmao! these tears hurt more than any surgery i can say that from experience. this is hell!
