Sent in my RFE this morning to the USCIS Vermont office. Nothing major, just missed answering one question when I was filling out the I-129f form online. I sent it by 2-day delivery so they will have it on Saturday 12-10-11. Hopefully this will be the only "hiccup", which was a small one, and the visa will be approved soon

It has been 23 days since RFE was under review. I know they have 60, but I am stll asking my congressman to call on Tuesday to find out why the RFE's are not being processed. I am not the only one in this boat, and I will make that clear to John Boehner, who supports legal immigration. Maybe he can get CSC to get their #### in gear and start processing all those RFE's just sitting there..
