i have just spoken to DOS and they have assured me our visa was issued yesterday. i called twice just to be sure they were not mistaken. God is great. thank all you VJ friends for your prayers and encouragement. be well and hang in there friends.

our interview in london was approved. now after the Visa hasnt come in the timeframe london quoted we called, emailed, begged and they are saying mandatory AP. when i go to the embassy website on AP it says at interview we should have gotten a 221g and batch number to check AP list with. we are just regular working people. we cant afford an attorney. how do you know how to navigate thru this confustion and conflicting info? can anyone give any advice on this subject please?

went to the courthouse today and the nice guy there took us outside and married us in the beautiful gardens... it was just wonderful. back soon to start AOS life.is.good

bad news, guy at social security place had no idea what we were talking about. said daniels stamps didn't equal up to 90 days, and that he couldn't get a ssn without his ead form. won't he get into trouble if he doesn't apply for his ssn ? i brought in one set of paperwork but the guy said it showed nothing about him getting a ssn. can someone steer me in the right direction in what to do now???

today via email i was informed we have been put on mandatory adminitrative processing. i have no idea what this means.

our interview was approved. thank you God and thank all of you for all your help and support. i couldnt have gotten thru this as well as we have without all of your help and info. =D

Having trouble submitting the online DS-156K form, yesterday and today neither Mark nor I could get it to work

last day of work tomorrow followed by my last weekend in england with my family and friends... Hmmm this could get messy

it says on the letter to go to the following link london.usembassy.gov/visaforms for form IV18 - immigrants visa applicants of form IV19 - fiance and K3 applicants , but if you put it in , it says the site has moved :/ what do i need to do here. appt is on monday.

hes on his way!!!! i will see him in a little over 12 hours!!!

after requesting an earlier appt thru email with the london IV were were moved from may 9 to april 2! i am TOTALLY in shock. God is great!

the most stressful part of this whole process... trying to fit everything in to 1 checked suitcase and 1 carry-on bag haha. 1 week!!

it's official, daniel will be here in less than 36 hours if all goes according to plan. I couldn't be happier

haha so I get woken up this morning with Daniel there telling me his visa should be at his house TOMORROW !!!! He's the one that looked, I swear I didn't !!! I'm so excited!!
