This list is more than enough. I believe that you must wait until the divorce is final before filing the I-751 "good faith" waiver. The quicker you guys can reach a disolusion agreement the better. A contested divorce is very stressful and will take a long time and cost lots of money in attorney and court fees.
In addition to you list, get a couple of notarized letters from friends who can attest to the validity of your marriage. Have them include their complete name, address & phone on each letter. No drama, just the facts.

My marriage is over. I got GC last week and I also applied for Social Security card, it must come in 2 weeks. Im going to wait to receive it and then Im flying back to my homecountry. My question is- I have right to be in USA for 2 years right? To live and work? Nobody and nothing can revoke my status? Im thinking to get rest of my abusing marriage and then come back here. Because there is no work at my home...Please advise me.
